I know this will be an unpopular take but I’m guessing some of them don’t think the Fauci Ouchie is necessary, especially since our commander in chief still wears two masks while on zoom calls after getting his. Some people choose not to do things even if “everyone else is doing it”.

That sounds like a traditional liberal take to me. I would think conservatives would jump on a vaccine especially with $$$ on the line.

Thats why I dont understand todays politics as based on ideology. Its all about subverting the other party not about getting things done. I havn’t gotten my vaccination yet, but its time to look into it. Previously, I didnt want to get a shot because I couldn’t put myself ahead of some parent with children that must go out and about in order to take care of their families. Now its available to everyone in Illinois and no lines. no excuse not to get one.

If you are playing the Covid angle, I would also avoid Clark, Hickok, and probably Werenski. Judging by their social media posts and “likes” I doubt they’ve gotten the vaccine.

Can anyone confirm his mattress made it to Tampa on-time?

He would be such a great candidate for a mattress sponsor. I would actually like to know what mattress he uses. Shopping and deciding on a mattress to buy is like performing brain surgery through the rectum. Shrek and Jason Day could team-up for some great mattress commercials.

However, I will concede that if potentially millions of dollars are on the line, they should just go ahead and get it.

    Ryan Palmer is too cheap

Seriously Sir, if you are ever in the Baltimore -DC area, drinks & Golf are on me.

Haha, well, wasn’t being political about it. These guys compete to win a million bucks every week and there is tons of money and sponsorships on the line that are all contingent on being able to play. Seems dumb to put that in jeopardy when you can basically walk in to any CVS in the US right now and get a vaccine and not have to deal with all that.

    ALLLLLLL the Ryan Palmer indeed.

Random hindsight observation I made recently. After watching a timid old man during his initial White House pressers with then President Trump, Fauchi was probably the last person I expected to become the media whore that he is today. He caught the addiction of celebrity status.

Oh well, on to golf. Scheffler gets lost in that > $9000 shuffle doesn’t he?

Yep, Conners and Casey have sucked him dry.

Can’t think of a more bottom-line position than “getting the vaccine so I can safely play a game to make money”

I have shares of Ryan Palmer

And you have one spot left in your contest.

P.S. Funny thing, I made a quick default lineup last week for the Euro. Then later did research and ended up with a 4/6. My default lineup was a 6/6 that won a $4 in a dime contest, the only thing it was in. Still mad at DK for kicking Euro golf to the curb.

Well that playoff lacked drama – it was over after just one hole as a guy 3-putted from long range

Is this the week that Conners great run ends?
    Where has Niemann been?
Should I be scared to play Keegan?
Is this a good course for Doug Ghim?

Funny you should ask. Was just wondering the same. I have him in 3 now, was too concentrated in other 7,500 and under plays. He hasn’t played here before and we’re going to find out.

It tries to. For instance, he’s taken stats he considers important for making the cut at Valspar and ranked players based on those. Doug Ghim comes in at 35. (And KSDT is 45, Justin Rose down at 72.)

I’m playing all 3, so I’ll be sure to take note of how he does.

going to be contrarian week for me, most of the golfers in my pool will not be highly owned, big bucks or bust!

I set a total ownership for my 20 LU, it allows for a mix of chalk and low own plays. At the moment, I am setting it to be 90%.
