Everyone ready to share $1,234 tonight?

Watch this is the night that someone actually wins it solo 😂

  • truegrinder

Crazy if this game plays but I sure hope it does!

  • ValuableTrader

Spread already up to 7.5. Might be 10 by tonight lol.

One thing I noticed that will probably suck for people is Mon-Thurs slate games. I played a decent amount of Bucs/Giants, but still have 4 guys for tonight’s game. Literally no WR’s for SF and Jones/Adams together is expensive. If you tried to stack this game before the news you’re in big trouble for not taking more Bucs/Giants players.

Who in the hell is SF going to throw the ball to? Is Jerry Rice still in game-shape?

I wouldn’t be surprised. Seems like it should be pretty easy to get unique

Mullens likes TEs so both Dwelley and Reed (if activated) should see a healthy share of targets, they also have pass catching RBs and their 3rd (or maybe it’s 5th string now?) WRs. The thing is they won’t really need or want to throw – Garoppolo only threw 8 passes for 77 yards in the playoffs last year while their backs ran for 285 (220 and 4 tds from Mostert). As Dalvin Cook just proved again, the way to beat GB is on the ground and even with Mostert out they still have plenty capable backs that should be able to carve up that defense.

Good points, but I was mainly referring to building Mon-Thurs slate lineups when you already have backs from the Monday night game and you need WR’s.

  • jdtrey

Ahh gotcha, yea I’m in a few of those binds myself – however I think Lazard might play tonight for the Pack so I’ll gladly go there rather than MVS or trying to find the one SF WR that maybe gets 50 yds. If Aaron Jones sits out, all bets are off haha

  • winnerchickendinner

Theres around only twelve viable players that can get ten points tonight with only about three youd realistically would put at captain (especially Adams after what Metcalf did last week) for the captain spot tonight. Not getting the email that you cashed when getting up would be extremely disappointing.

Somehow I built 20 unique lineups with just

    Tyler Ervin
    J Hasty
    Devante Adams
    Rodgers
    Mullens
    McKinnon
    Dwelley
    Trent Taylor

We have the exact same pool of players. I think I’ll just go light instead, as there aren’t many guys to choose from!

Will you adjust when/if Reed and Lazard are cleared to play tonight? Or just stick with it and hope for the best?

  • viciousphilpy

I will definitely tinker. I will definitely add some Dexter Williams in place of some Tyler Ervin

  • HeroFnStatus

Do you guys think Aaron Jones will play?

I think so, it’s a must win for Green Bay.

George Kittle plays a big part of their run game. His blocking is phenomenal. Also they are missing Trent Williams. I’m sure they would like to run but I can’t see them carving up this defense no matter how bad they have been. The thing is, I don’t know who you really play on Green Bay outside of Adams, and Rodgers. Dexter Williams? Tyler Ervin? Tonyan? If Lazard plays he will surely be limited and Jones too it he plays.

  • monarch

Isnt Rodgers going to just throw for 400 yards and five scores? From what I hear he despises the 49ers and is all kinds of petty.

No, ehh, yes and I’d rather play either of them limited than any of the SF WRs or the GB RBs if Jones is out

ETA: And I’m totally with you on Kittle’s blocking but I have a feeling Reed’s back tonight and he’s definitely no slouch in run or pass blocking so I don’t see it falling off a cliff like it would with only Dwelley. If Reed is out still it drastically hurts their run game, although Shanahan is an effin wizard with RBs and he still has Juszczyk who is a monster himself.

  • viciousphilpy

If he were that petty and capable he would have destroyed them two times last year.

This D is well coached and has a lot of pieces still.

I wouldn’t sleep on the Niners pass catchers. I counted 24 targets from the last game that is on IR/Covid List. Richie James Jr seems like a good candidate to fill that Bourne role last game and get 8-10 targets. Dwelley, McKinnon and Reed if he plays are also going to see a bump.

  • jdtrey

I could be way off but I’m just not seeing a ton of pass attempts unless they absolutely need to. Their D isn’t terrible and the Pack did have to fly west so they shouldn’t be down too big. If that’s the case I see them trying to stick with the run game as much as possible while using their RBs and TEs as their main pass catchers. I’m not expecting Mullens to be firing 15-20 yd adot’s but that’s just me. Could Taylor or James pop off and win someone a GPP? Absolutely but so could Juszczyk or MVS but I’m not going to be looking there beyond 3-4%

  • jdtrey

So question, if Aaron Jones is out do you expect the winner on FD to leave more or less than 3k on the table? I could easily see some weird scenario where it’s more like 6-8k tonight

This is EXACTLY why I say all the time to play the Mon/Thurs 2 game slate with a wildly imbalanced lineup. I’m in 14th right now and I have Adams, McKinnon and GB’s D left. I actually have the highest score of anyone with 3 players left.

Does this guarantee me anything? No, of course not, but I do have a very realistic path to $200 tonight so that’s neat.

This looks like a tasty slate to make some money
