I never never ever do this, esp on FD, but I’m putting Gano in a LU w Slayton and Freeman hoping their output resembles that in the Cowboys game and Gano puts up 20 FD points, Slayton 16.9 and Freeman 15.7. Just gotta hope my other 2 spots put up less than 20 but close. I’ve seen weirder stiff happen but it’s def not typical that a K is highest scoring on FD but if he is I’m ahead. This could be a real garbage game with lots of stalls in the RZ. My 5 MVPs are Fulham, DJax, Wentz, Scott, Gano.

    Nope

    Nope

He’s only in 3/5 of mine. What happens if NY gets up early (BIG if) and they abandon the run game and he gets 14 carries for 86 yards on 0 TDs? I guess his price is fair. But for 1/4 ownership I have Clement in one. He could get more touches near the RZ than Scott.

Hate to rain on you guys parade, but I think I’m fading the Giants tonight. Not because they won’t win or put up points, but because Philly is down their two best players, Shepard is back, and I’m still hesitant on New York. Their one saving grace is this really they’re first decent match-up…

Can’t fade an entire team on a 1 game slate, even if you wanted to.

It occurred to me that the tristate area truly is the epicenter of bad football. No good college teams and the three local pro teams are 30, 31, 32 in DVOA

  • thedkexperience

I should have set my lineup before talking about DJax. I figured he’d still be dirt cheap.

    Not so much.

Bro … you have no idea.

I live like 15 minutes from the Linc. I’m 30 minutes south of the unofficial eagles/giants border in Trenton. Rutgers and Temple usually both stink (no idea this year if they are even playing) and the rest of the college football teams barely even count.

Jets fans don’t actually exist outside of Long Island.

But, I will say this … you haven’t lived until you’ve seen a tailgate at The Linc or Citizens Bank Park. Not because the food is better then other stadiums I’ve been to (Houston, ATL, ARI, BALT and some others) or anything like that. Mostly just because if you ever asked yourself “I wonder where I can find a mom and her college aged daughter flashing their cans on top of a truck surrounded by nitrous tanks on a April Tuesday at 11 AM” well my friend, it’s in the parking lot between The Linc and Citizens Bank.

Giants stadium parking lot culture sucks because it’s way too spread out but in their defense I did get to see two homeless guys ninja fight over some cans once. The one guy busted out a Crane Kick for the win.

I’ve made none of this up.

I’m just happy there’s a “flashing their cans” reference.

I’ve had two chances to go but I turned them down. Philly is about 2 hours from me.

DK offered me last season: Giants @ Eagles in Philly 12/9 (MNF)

And then this season foxbet offered me tickets to this past Sunday’s game against the Ravens.

    Maybe some day I’ll go.

Speaking of cans, Jets fans have made the news over the years. Gate D. https://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/jets/boor-ed-jets-fans-harassing-halftime-gate-center-attention-article-1.272361

“If a woman wants to feel like she wants to entertain about a 1,000-plus guys and show her boobies and get everyone excited about a game, then so be it,” Pritchard said. “The Jets are terrible, this is the only thing good about the Jets’ game and now it’s gone.”

  • BIF

Corey Clement is way overpriced for a back up RB at $5200 so his ownership will be very low; that’s enough reason for me to jam him in as Boston Scott needs to come off the field a few times at least.

  • Brendan239

Even a Engram O/U for receiving yards is 37.5 (-115) and to score a TD is +162. What do y’all think of him?

pretty much all sports in the tristate area are dogshit rn besides the yankees. don’t follow hockey so wouldn’t know about them

  • Brendan239

So this is virtually who Scott put up 3 TDs and had 4 catches against last year. Hhmmmmm….

  • marker0357

Yis, who ya got to score first? Looks like worst odds on DK is +600 for Scott.

  • Brendan239

    Is anyone playing Shepherd?

    Everyone’s playing everyone.

Dammit, I’m off him. I think the “surprise” TD comes from Ward.
