    Showdown day 1 = 228.05 pts.
Will it hold on for min cash??

It looks like more people went pm than am on showdown

    Tony Finau, Why?
We trusted you with our cash,
    Off the leaderboard.

He’s only +1 for the round…I figured he was like +4 or 5 if people were taking him off the leaderboard. The cut line will probably be somewhere in the -2 range so he’s still very much alive to make the cut with a good round tomorrow

I have Burgoon at 0.0% percent on yahoo, does that mean I’m the only one that rostered that fool lol??? Edit:Also have Stephen Jaeger at 0.1% who is killing me at just even for the day..LFG

Is Brendan Steele the only golfer from the morning wave to have 0 birdies?

Check out Mr. Barnrat’s round! Nothing exciting but nothing nervewracking either. Ultimate Bill Haas round if he can get par here lol

Keegan is draining 40 footers. Just end the tournament now, no one else stands a chance.

Clearly you haven’t followed Keegan very closely the last couple years. He pretty much lights the world on fire and goes nuts on Thursdays (he’s probably the #1 first round leader bet you should be making) and then he promptly throws at least half those strokes away over the next day or two

  • hbomb57

Koepka will probably break Jack’s record barring injury and his nineteen majors will be double his non major wins.

  • Pbasniper

Sangmoon Bae regression mid round as he dumps 2 in the water on same hole and will probably lose a million strokes now.

It honestly feels like he shot +4/5 after watching his whole round. It was an ugly +1, never really had birdie chances and blew anything he got. I’ve seen Tony turn it around plenty on Fridays to make cuts but it doesn’t feel/look like he’s in the same place as the Tony we’ve known the past few years. Hope I’m wrong.

Moli ruined a perfectly good 18 par round on his 17th hole with that birdie.

My late night “spin the wheel and play who the fingers stops on” using the phone app is killing it with Watney, Poston and Thomas going.

My main lineup with Hoffman…. not so much

No Barnrat at this point I wanted all pars. You will not make this putt you jackass lol

  • mr_papageorgio

Welp, the Stefani experiment made it one hole before he found a penalty and likely double…

Barnrat about to do the same!!!

I’m not watching live but all my guys have shorted their iron shot on 3 today. Is it uphill? Weird back part of green where you want to be short? They’ve all been really really short. Any ideas?

Ugh he birdied the last hole. No autographed Bill Haas golf ball for him.

  • superstars92

Great week to load up on Joaquin Niemann and his terrible putting skills. Also got a ton of Grillo (over the field). Both should be -5 if they could putt. Grillo had so many great iron shots only to massively struggle around/on the green. This is expected but with the wet conditions thought they would be at least 0 SG Green.

This is a joke right? In all seriousness, Koepka will be pretty lucky to win 4 more Majors over his entire career. Rory will be too, and you could have said that 5 years ago since his Major count hasn’t changed.

Thought he might miss one for him but no such luck. I guess I’ll take the BOFR with a bonus birdie but didn’t want any colors on that pure card. Dammit couldn’t find the Sunny GIF with Frank all shaved lol

In EURO I have 10 guys under T65 right now. Is that bad?

Kinda, but it depends on what they do round two as well and if they can dig themselves out the hole. Then you got to worry about how other players might do that day too. Then there’s issues of how many folks are ahead of them too.

  • Pbasniper

Started watching now, Jason Day little 3/4 swing and right off the club face the mic picks him up saying ‘Oh I love that’ as he tucks it in close.

  • shadowchap1978

    Spieth with the opening birdie!

  • superstars92

I think Hovland and Morikawa are way better than Wolff for the PGA Tour. Wolff seems like a guy who can just drive it far. I’m probably wrong though like usual.

Did Knox hit it in the drink?
