your right instead of megadeath lets keep it to hundreds of thousands.

    that sounds more palatable.

Or maybe just that there are people out there who believe literally ANYTHING the media tells them…how about that? Never mind the doctors and medical field coming forth months ago talking about the insane pressure to tag a case as “covid” (relief money) or the fact that a HUGE portion of the fatalities were elderly (nursing homes) or that it has like a .00000000001 mortality rate for someone 50 or younger and in relative health. Never mind the Dem ran states that have inflated the numbers for their greater good of the country (oust the current president). All relatively unimportant points right;)

Still going with my plan of 3 lineups this week. Going with 18 players though. That way if one WD’s, only one lineup gets screwed.

    And…

Thanks, but can’t stomach another Liberal article. It seems that 9 out of 10 are anymore, maybe worse.

Here are their top three stories, tell me if you see a theme:

-Stocks fall sharply amid new flare-ups of coronavirus
-Houston doctors sound alarm as Texas leads new US virus wave
-New York area to quarantine visitors from high virus regions

Flare-ups, sound alarm, quarantine. Learn to spot the signs of partisan “reporting”.

    Awesome – I love McCumber

What a life, son of a successful Tour pro with a world class golf game but would just as rather be surfing than playing golf

Saw him up close win a Mackenzie (Canadian) Tour event a couple years ago when he was on a sick heater Top finishes everywhere for a month or so.

    Winner – Rahm/Reed
    Fade – JT/Rory (not top 10)
Sleeper – Henley (top 20), Bradley (top 10)

you lost me at the end. even you must admidt the ending rambled with nothing of fact.

people believe what they want to believe.

insane pressure to tag a case as covid??? Yes I agree with you that media and politics made this an issue and I agree if your paying a bill you want the relief that covid was at least partially responsible.

Why call it inflated. I think the medical community should list it as covid if covid was present. Under reporting would be more a mistake then over reporting. I think you just have altitude sickness by the numbers. Its easier not to give a rats ass if the numbers are small and its better for you to say its smaller. So its acceptable for you to see 75000 people died where 100000 and counting is to much.

The excess death numbers don’t lie.

For as many over-counting of “covid” deaths as there may have been for whatever reason, there was clearly a similar level of under-counting.

Once you account for above-average rates of suicides and other types of deaths that might increase when one can’t go to hospitals as easily, there remain so many excess deaths above average. There are more unaccounted for excess deaths above average (for, for example, March through April) than there are covid deaths, which suggests that covid deaths may have in fact been undercounted.

This has nothing to do with the media or anything the media says. It’s just numbers.

Sorry, I couldnt help myself. I am neither left or right. I think I am allowed to be in the middle. But, arent these just facts? Again, I am not familiar with what rags supposedly push which platform but it seems to me that just reporting facts gets you called out by one side or another if it doesnt fit their narrative. I am going to regret posting this, please dont call me names. I am seriously asking why this is viewed as media hype.
