Am I the only one who doesn’t want to be near the top of the gpp’s after day 1?

    FD 100k to 1st contest: -7, -4, -4, -2, -1 and +1 (Homa)
    DK Milly: -7, -7, -2, -1, -1, +1 (Homa)

Please do something tomorrow Homa lol

My single entry lineup on FD is one of my best lineups so far: -7, -7, -4, -4, -1, +1 (JT)

    I also have one where everyone is under par, but that’s the $0.25 contest on FD: -7, -5, -4, -4, -3, -1

Haha seriously. I do want 1-2 guys near the lead but I’m more concerned with 6/6s at this point.

I have Ancer and he got a hole in one so that about all I could hope for haha.

I need Homa also and he’s in the afternoon wave so I’m not too confident especially the way he’s been putting.

The bottom’s not so bad—at least you gave yourself a chance if things broke the right way.

Smack in the middle and choking on six pieces of chalk, that’s where you don’t want to be.

Especially on these birdie binge courses, anything can happen. Everybody can shot 65 or 71. Putting gets real important. Enjoying my first beer in 6 days. Don’t have to leave the house until noonish, with a lot of my guys going off in the AM.

150ish% total ownership and 114th place lol. Balanced looks super ugly after day 1. Best lines i have right now are Studs+Stuard

No, much better to be in striking distance with high upside players. But you don’t want 2 guys over par in a birdie fest either.

I was 7th in the mini-max last Thursday night but then Rickie missed the cut. At least that lineup cashed though, the one I have now is

I think we can all agree Morikawa and Conners most like dont make the cut right? Gonna go ahead and remove those dead lineups. Gonna wait on anyone that is +1

  • ifthethunder

Bubba has a 7:15 AM tee time and he’s going off on 10. Maybe this will help him get his arse in gear.

Morikawa is sixth on tour in Rnd 2 scoring. He has fired some pretty low second rounds this year that has carried him into the weekend and he has a preferred tee time tomorrow. He also birdied his final hole which is nice. Id say he is 50/50 to make the cut

I faded Bubba in the 20 max. But…he looks like a really good round two showdown play.

There isn’t one guy over par in that post, and literally every one who is even has an AM tee time tomorrow. Plus 6/6 is miniscule. It could be an ugly Friday and at best a sweaty one. But from a guy who can be as glass half empty as they come, you are not “out of it”.

    Thanks.

I wouldn’t rule out Morikawa. Cutsweats has him at 25% which seems a tad high but would you really be surprised if Morikawa shot a 64/65 tomorrow morning?

  • benstnick

I knew I’d have to sweat Frittelli when I made my lineup. Better get out there and fire at flags.

I have woodland, Finau and Niemann also in my main lineup and I feel fine about them. Woodland played about as bad as he could play and is only E. Finau should be -4 but had a horrible double. Niemann plodded along.

All are capable of shooting -4 or better in any round.

    Thanks.👍👃

He lost about 3 strokes putting today but gained 2.5 T2G and 2 OTT….This is a happy place for him and goes out first thing tomorrow..I’m playing the shit out of him in showdown tomorrow. I’m on west coast so will wake up real happy or real sad.

I always want to be near the top. I like the rush. With that said, whenever I’m close to the top my lu ends up shitting the bed. Maybe you are on to something.
