    Boooooooooom!

Out of self-interest, really should be cheering for Jon Jones now…..

But for your sake, really hope Gus takes care of Bones in short order.

    Good Luck !!!

I want Gus to win so bad now lol – Jones deserves to get KTFO like no one else anyway.

I’d give anything for this to happen right now

  • mtdurham

if you’re a casual fight fan be forewarned….this fight will be pretty effing boring and technical

thats just what happens when you have two elite wrestlers who stifle each others strengths going for 5 rounds…

you need to bet on this fight to hold your attention… bet on gustaffson…. this fight is a LOT closer to 50-50 than people realize, period

Look at htat last fight…. Cyborg isnt the same fighter off the steroids…why would you assume jonjones would be?

i bet he goes back to that low stance on almost one knee hopping around to start the fight… i hope he does… not only is that awesome but gustaffson wont be intimidated the way most others are..

I am not winning anything – don’t care, want Cowboy to win and you Krnich! I think Jones is the superior fighter but he is also a POS so I have NO QUALMS with him getting sent off. GL you guys!

    Agree.

Hope you guys crush it !!!

  • mtdurham

you can tell by jon body language he’s less confident thatn he’s ever been walking into the octagon

  • Krnich

Thanks guys. It’s at least nice to have a sweat for once.

  • mtdurham

physically he looks like a SHELL of his former self…. love it

Cyborg isnt the same fighter off the steroids

Cyborg popped once in 2011 – it is not fair to compare her to Bones who has popped so many times lol. JC he popped like a week ago and got the whole card moved to a different state lol. Apples & oranges. Nunes just clocked her hard in the face area lol – give her credit. I was SO CONFIDENT in Cyborg but she got hit in the face and lost. I don’t think steroids figured into it.

  • mtdurham

jones won round 1 easily but lets see how his stamina looks off the roids

  • mtdurham

would give jones a slight nod in round 2… but like i said… he aint the same fighter… no power, no speed, no strength, and no quickness

guy looks a shell of “jon jones”

    lol

  • Krnich

    Oh well

  • mtdurham

the takeaway from that fight is pretty obvious… Jon Jones is a shell of his former self and can no longer be expected to run through opponents….. but at the same time he’s just so darn big with that reach and his wrestling is so elite that he can still grind out wins one way or the other

so i think he’s a great fade going forward but not a guy you necessarily want to bet against until someone better comes along… pretty embarrasing effort by gustaffson he really had nothing at all this fight

gustaffson is a little one dimensional… he’s first and foremost a wrestler… so if you can get him on his back he really has nothing going for him

pretty disgusted with the way UFC focused on Jon JOnes crotch all night…. i mean cmon… there is no need to give us like 50 zoom ins on his package in like 30 minutes airtime…

    He’s wearing a cup.

So I doubt his “package” was a concern.

    He’s wearing a cup.

LOL If you watched the fight you know that he was definitely NOT wearing a cup

well “cup” by technical standards sure… but these arent the cups you wore in 1991 as a little league outfielder….. the tecnoogy is much, much,, much different…

the baseball cups for little leaguers in 1991 gave 8 year olds a bulge… these cups highlight a man’s package not ocver it up….they are truly form fitting…. that is what allows them to perform high kicks

His legs were just too tore up….

Congrats on a great finish anyways !!!

  • Dfspacman

Jones seemed real high during his walk in

    Never seen that before……

My bad I guess, I chose to watch the fight and not Bones’ bone…..

When they zoom in 20 times and show an outine of his D&B’s you get the idea of what passes for a “cup” these days…. they lessen the impact, not hide the underlying jewels from view
