I know nothing about MMA, but won a milly ticket on DK. Research consisted of reading this thread. Hit the second nuts for a t20. Thanks, RG MMA thread humans.

got back 830 from my tickets

no big win obviously. Best finish was 373rd.

Still, that’s a profit, which is tough to do in a milly maker.

  • yisman

    My best lineup was 601.5

Grant Usman Holloway Volko Yan Tybura

Usman Holoway Tybura and Andrade were the four I was heavy on

I just checked. 13 fights last night. One fight closed as a pick’em. Of the other 12, favorites were 11-1.

Only underdog to win was Prochazka (about +150).

Well thank goodness for betting! Hit on a couple nice parlays.

Tons of Volk & Usman for lineups but not nearly enough Yan. Congrats winners!

I had all 3 and hit that in a parlay too! Was a good night even if I think that the Volk win was pretty undeserved. Bank error in my favor! 🤣

    Wasn’t Davey Grant an underdog?

Edit: Nvm that was the pick fight depending where you looked. Grant was a slight underdog some places

no, that was the one that closed as a pick’em

Grant opened an underdog but the fight ended up -105/-105 at 5 Dimes

    championship recap:

Aldo/Yan: Both fighters landed plenty. A good fight to use both in a lineup. Aldo got hurt by a punch and/or fatigued. He was essentially done after round 3, but got in plenty of work to get you a score.

    Leon Roberts should:

A)Be stripped of his Fight Island paycheck or
B)Have to step into the octagon against a UFC fighter.

Holloway/Volkanovski: Another fight where both fighters landed plenty. Both fighters in a lineup was one of the better constructions. Holloway probably won 3 rounds, but judges gave the nod to Volko in a SD.

Usman/Masvidal: Usman’s gameplan was just to lean on Masvidal the entire fight to prevent Masvidal from being able to do much of anything. It worked and got him the win, but it was obviously very boring.
