    Love this card.

    - Lineker/Sandhagen is an awesome banger. Hard for me to go against hands of stone. Pressure and the ability to take a knee/kick to the head will win here. Lineker one of my favorites so biased. – Gonzalez/Miller is underrated interesting, both tough as nails but thinking Gonzalez gets the ref stoppage or decision. – Hulk/Glover: Glover if he can weather the storm and control cardio, Blood doper if im looking for an early ko. Rooting hard for Glover. – Vaquero/Platinum: another banger. Cowboy could choke him out but his natural instinct plays into Perry’s game plan. Hook to kill ko and possible rooster dance. :( I like both fighters

I actually have a couple oldies but goodies in Glover & Jacare. I’m sure it’ll be fine.

Who are you guys picking between hardy/dmitri. I don’t think hardy has to much experience yet and the dk price on him is crazy.

I’m doing 3 lineups and only have one Hardy. He’s garbage, but should smash. I’m just hoping it’s like 105 or less and others around him can do better than that.

I am not playing that fight but it is definitely meant to be a smash spot for Hardy. A do over, if you will lol. It’s not for anything outside the cage either – I just can’t trust him when I hear him saying stuff like this (emphasis mine):

“It’s frustrating,” Hardy told MMA Fighting. “It’s not difficult [to watch] but very frustrating. I’ve watched it a lot, and believe it or not, the knee is not what frustrates me. The mistakes I made while I was on the ground, my [transitions] on the ground, my underhooks and overhooks weren’t right — just the little basic things that went out the window once it got hot [are what frustrate me]. Once I didn’t get the knockout and the first 40 seconds went by, it’s just like, what do you do then? Those are the things that haunt me.”

He fought in January, how much has he improved siince then? And Dimitri – oh G. He’s supposed to be a decent wrestler but Asker (!) took him down quite easily and instead of trying to get back up, he chose to throw a bunch of useless hammerfists from bottom, get mounted (“like a hot knife through butter” – DC) and then finished. *To add to this – I just watched the Dimitri / Henrique fight and Dimitri showed decent TDD…for about 3 mins lol til his cardio ran out. It’s hard to get a good read on his stand up cos both UFC fights he’s had did not stay upright long. Asker took him down on his 1st attempt and Henrique grinded him out up against the cage, tired him & then took him down.

I am not trying to talk anyone off of either play – this is just why I am not playing it w/my 1 lineup. It is HW – Hardy could KO Dimitri, Dimitri could KO Hardy or they both run out of gas and it turns into a sloppy mess. It is very apparent though what the UFC are trying to do here so yeah, Hardy SHOULD roll but I can’t trust him to. GL

Well, long term results indicate it is usually not good for me when I’m opposite your plays lol. I don’t have Lineker right now but I do think he wins. I am really confident in Jacare *which always scares me lol.

Sato…is $9k too steep? Saunders’ chin is dust at this point. I hope he retires, it’s painful to see someone get ko’d again & again & again like he has. It does concern me that, if taken down, Sato will give up his back trying to get up. FightMetric tells me Ben averages .22 takedowns landed* per 15 minutes though, so maybe not a big issue. Any other thoughts on this fight?

Fl is Ben Saunders home state so i expect he might pull off a win.
Most of Sato Wins are mainly UFC Japanese regional scenes.
Unless Saunders losses on propose i feel that Saunders is no longer interested in fighting anymore.

    How does Lima win?

  • yisman

are all fights 3 rounds other than the Souza main event?

I can never find where it’s listed.

I believe only the main event and fights for a “title” are 5 rounds.

the pricing is very tight this event so I think I’ll just try Hermansson for savings.

I don’t think he does so I’m sticking w/Perry. At least if Perry loses it will be entertaining.
