*Volkan Oezdemir (15-4 MMA, 3-3 UFC) did make weight at 205 pounds, as well, despite the late scratch of his contest with Ilir Latifi (14-6 MMA, 7-4 UFC), who was forced to withdraw from the card due to a back injury.

  • Kassdog

Why did he weigh in with no fight?

Maybe had to in order to get his show money and/or if another LHW goes down he can step in? I’m not sure either but those would be my guesses.

Layoff for Santos plus toughness of Ray , I have zero read on this fight.

  • GoldenWolf87

Another fight card where either should i play in it? or fade it.

  • thevogaman

Yeah hard to get any good reads. Lansberg and Hein are like my only fades as of now.

Anyone think Hadzovic will be low owned in GPP? I think he may finish Giagos doing a lot of damage and be low owned.

Also still scratching my head on the Devin Clark line movement.

Stockholm is a fitting city for this event as I probably have MMA DFS Stockholm Syndrome. No rational minded person is playing a single bullet on this card. It’s not optimal – it’s folly! Yet here I am, again, donating cos MMA DFS fed me a sandwich once while holding me tied to a chair.

Call me crazy, but I think I’m gonna play Joel Alvarez. He did not look great against Ismagulov, this is true, but a lot of fighters struggle in their UFC debut. And Damir is no slouch. I don’t think he is as bad as he looked in that fight…or maybe he is but is Belluardo the guy to capitalize on it? He’s now making his debut and statistically they don’t fare well. He may wet blanket Joel to a thrilling UD victory but I’m gonna take a stab on Joel snagging another sub in transition or even KO’ng him. Also, more importantly, Belluardo’s nickname is “Caterpillar” (per Sherdog) and my niece is deathly afraid of caterpillars. I must stand in solidarity.

In on Camacho – he’s just gonna bring more volume (or should anyway). It seems as simple as that. Seems. I remember when I was on Camacho and Neal head kicked him into knowing next week’s weather. Good times.

Paying up for Gus – 5 rounder and he’s better everywhere. Just the mere fact that I feel so confident on Gustafsson makes me think Smith will win. I haven’t cashed in MMA since 4.13.19.

This is why this fight card is rather so difficult and i have to fade it/pass it. I had three weeks with bad luck lol. And mostly because i am always missing that one specific fighter. But i think you would be right.

Yeah, losing streaks are definitely frustrating. I will break mine when I stop picking the fighter that scores 1-3 points every card lol. Enjoy your day if you ended up passing and GL if you ended up playing!

  • callmetouch

    Jeez Stosic…….what a flop

  • someclevername

Glad I faded that fight – it also appears they might be screwing Clark owners out of 2 KDs

  • thevogaman

Yeah at least one knock down…. Needed Malecki after Stosic sunk half mine.

  • someclevername

Again. No one will score less than Ray. I have a gift.

  • callmetouch

So Tonya can’t take down Lansberg and is getting pieced up. OKAY.

  • callmetouch

    Evinger WTF.

  • someclevername

Time to hang em up, Tonya.

Had Akman and then tinkered down to Ray – expecting an Akman win now.

  • someclevername

Well, least Akman accrued more points than Ray – damn it. That was a sweet KO by Santos though – damn it.

  • yisman

played a bunch today (27 contests) but used Evinger unfortunately

  • callmetouch

    Wtf is going on today

  • someclevername

Thank you, Mr. Finland! All up to Rakic & Gus now

  • cubsflan

Well, today was easily the biggest ass kicking I took in UFC. Just a weird card with the big line movements. Then Smith wins of course

  • someclevername

I can not f’ng believe Smith subbed him

  • yisman

    gustafsson losing finished me off

I might’ve cashed in some contests because I had Rakic, Clark, and Malecki, had Gustafsson won

  • someclevername

I managed to eek out a min cash w/Gus and one point from Stevie Ray, wtf lol I’ll take it though. The curse is broken! And so is Gus – did he retire in the cage? What a terrible loss. F.
