Agapova gassed so hard vs Dobson that she had to be stretchered out lol

And i’m taking these kinds of things into strong consideration on this card, for funsies. Something like………I don’t know…….Spivak passes out in the locker room so the fight is cancelled, Oleinik and Daukaus eye poke each other so hard it’s a 1st round NC. Kunitskaya knees Vieira in the balls one too many times. Aspinall gasses trying to take Arlovski out of there in the first round. Chris Tognoni kneels down “you got 3 rounds to defend yourself or i’m going to step” “fight back…………..fight back…………………….fight back……………………fight back……..” “Ok you’re good, Aspinall is totally gassed, keep fighting”. Aspinall falls on a faded takedown, Arlovski takes the back….Aspinall taps………..Aspinall is out………He’s out…….He’s out ref omg!

I’ll be Devil’s Advocate. It seems as though the slight majority are on him. But his odds are still about +185, instead of say -120. So, where is the confidence?

    Flipping to Angel’s Advocate
He has the highest ITD odds of the underdogs it looks like, kind of, maybe tied with Imavov.

I had Trevin Jones cos he had blonde hair! No Dobson though – idk what to do with her or O’Neill. Feels like every time I play the favorite in these lower level WMMA fights I get rolled. Maybe it’ll be different this time lol.

Woman’s MMA … either the best or worst fight of the night, every night!

Not so much confidence as guess that he will be underplayed (hoping for sub 25%). I can see him winning on the ground against a guy who thinks hes good on the ground and with the right defense (theres a zeke choke specialist in that gym).

Honestly its probably my only attempt at a ballsy call on this card. Ended up pretty vanilla otherwise.

Could very well work. There’s those cards where there’s one underdog win sometimes and if he’s it, you’re looking good.

I wouldn’t ever want to talk someone out of their plays, but man…

As someone who favored Oleinik over Black Beast, Daukaus’ hand speed is going to be a huge problem for Oleinik. The dude moves like a light heavyweight and I think it’s going to end very, very badly for Aleksei here. I’ll hedge and match the field on Oleinik to hope to salvage my night if he does win, though.

I’m kind of feeling Kunitskaya. If she’s strong enough… maybe she can wall and stall her way to a decision.

Think I’m going to land here – need the salary relief.

Its a concern and there will be a blitz or two where Boa is gonna have to turtle and hopefully not get caught or refstopped. Hes slightly heavier than normal for him so dont think he wants to keep this standing for long. Gonna be nervous as hell for the first 90 seconds though.

    Yeah for sure.

Might be recency bias or the realization that if Hernandez can submit the Black Belt Hunter, Daukaus also being a black belt might be irrelevant if he’s say, gassed. Oleinik isn’t lost when it comes to striking either though. He’s fought some of the best strikers in the UFC.

Personally, I think it’s more probable, barring stupid decisions, that Daukaus wins and wins ITD. I swear if I hear that he plans on taking down Oleinik and grapping though, i’m lowering my exposure and upping some Oleinik.

Drakkar Klose just turned red on DK… and Pena.

MmaUnhinged · 34s Drakkar Klose vs. Luis Pena is OFF tonight’s card after one of Drakkar’s corner tested positive for COVID and out of the health and safety for the fighters the ufc
    decided to pull the fight.

  • geardaddy

smh pena was one of my only underdogs i liked.

Ha…I was just going to joke that I had submitted my lineups so get ready for the cancellations….at least I just have 3 Pena and no Klose in my 20 lineups…

  • thevogaman

I’m kind of glad it’s gone… let’s me up my exposure to the Emmers/Skelly and Rosa/Minner fights.

Not like last week where I had to manually change almost all of my lineups with Robertson/Maverick… I was pretty underweight to both of these two.

  • iron_tactics

    Good luck everyone!

  • someclevername

Missed the news, stuck w/Pena son of a gun

  • geardaddy

    spivac slate breaker lol

  • smonger19

Spivac getting some extra points since they let it go so long. Had to laugh when one of the announcers, forget which one, said “Vanderaa is somehow hanging on”. He was hanging on because Tognoni wasn’t calling it off.

  • thevogaman

Yeah, going to be tough to win anything without Spivac. Aspinall owners better hope he gets it done inside 60 seconds.

    Edit: And 2 knockdowns.

Tognoni bless – I need all of those points lol

  • thevogaman

The UFC gods couldn’t allow 2 fighters on the same card to have first names that start with Drak

  • someclevername

    Zahabi damn

  • NewMike

I did not see that coming, no Zahabi for me

  • thevogaman

Don’t have any Zahabi/Spivac stacks in the Throwdown.
