Have not heard of a lot of these fighters

I think I’ll skip the main event I see it in the 60-90 point range

Good thing is I don’t see any chalk for this event

  • someclevername

Man, was I drunk when the thought crossed my mind that this could be a PPV. Daniel Kelly still hanging around lol

  • scott33

I don’t think Till is ready for Wonderboy, really looking forward to this one.

  • CUTiger81

This one is tough for me – Stephen lives in my home town and couldn’t be a nicer dude but Till is a scary man in that octagon. I’ve never really seen anyone make a fight with Wonderboy happen at close range but if anyone can walk him down and close that space it’s Till. If Wonderboy can maintain distance he’ll pick him apart. I’m picking Wonderboy by decision but I don’t feel great about it.

Davey Grant vs Manny Bermudez cancelled

  • Hawkeye1992

Not sure how much of the main event I’ll have. Probably less then I usually would at 5 rounds. I’m with tamparoor as I don’t think it will be a high scoring fight. I am leaning Till a bit given the price in a pickem fight.

Manny was gonna be a core pick dammit

Rooting for Till but also think Wonderboy schools him technically.

I just rewatched the Masvidal-Wonderboy fight, Masvidal cracked him a few times. Wonderboy does leave openings, & if Till hits him with those shots it could be over. I’m torn on this one now.

I think there is a slight chance of high output from Till. Very little chance from Thompson.

Fight could end within 2 rounds, and have one decent scorer? But which fighter?
Fight will most likely go the distance and be an anchor, although not as bad as the Woodley fight.

I am pretty much avoiding this fight… maybe a little bit of Till.

  • Jordaneck

    Thompson 4 cash

  • tamparoor

Till and McCann both missed weight let’s see if more fights get cancelled

His fights that have gone the distance have been very low scoring. The only reason to go for Thompson is a quick KO, which smells like GPP to me.

  • tamparoor

I’m skipping the main event they have to do another weigh in tomorrow morning so fight might get cancelled last second plus I think it’s a low scoring fight

  • CUTiger81

We should know by the time the fights start whether or not Till made the 2nd weight. This is his own fault. When you fight at 205 on fight night in the 170 lb division things like this are going to happen. He just said he doesn’t know if he’ll be able to make the 188 lb limit he has to make tomorrow for the fight to continue. Absolutely embarrassing showing from Till.

  • callmetouch

Mazany this weeks Kondo? 30%+ for sure.

  • tamparoor

Does the main event even happen now? Till has to weigh in tomorrow at 188 he says he already rehydrated and is at least gonna be between 195-210. Why would wonderboy take that fight

Fighting in his own hometown no less. Thompson should be making some big time payment demands right now. If I was him that would be the only way I take this fight. Pay me or you lose your main event. I have no respect for these guys like Till and Prazeres etc. who try and game the system instead of fighting at a more natural weight.

Yeah probably. Now at -145 and 7.7k. Best “bargain” on the slate from a betting perspective.

Ugh. Not much value plays im chasing so sign me up for her

Not feeling Mazany (or this fight in general) – I’ll pass. Hoping for a low volume affair. Probably will be wrong again.

Statistically, going against someone who missed weight is folly – buuut I don’t care. I’ll go Gillian Robertson on the ever-so-slight chance she grabs a sub. I will also purchase a lottery ticket tomorrow – oh wait, I’m being redundant cos it is the same thing. I do think it is somewhat hilarious that a fighter nicknamed “Meatball” missed weight but w. Just cos she SHOULD lose (Dern) does not mean she will – but…fingers crossed!

Way, way overconfident on Magny & Amirkhani which means RUN. I was all-in on Till un…til…he decided to show how unprofessional he is. I have no faith that this fight is even going to happen now and if it does I would be on WB with zero hesitation.

    Agree 100%

I want either Till/Thompson but I’m afraid I’ll sleep through my alarm (card starts at 7am local time for me). I don’t want that to happen lol

Lol true. Does anyone know when Till has to weigh again? Imma guess it would be hours before the event actually starts. But just want to make sure it’s not like a couple hours before just that fight

I read 1pm local time. To what that means to us (est, cst, mst, pst) I don’t know. I know I have been a big help – you’re welcome!

Till has to weigh in again at 1300 BST according to the BBC website, which is the only one I could find a time on. He weighed in officially at 174.5 lbs, and the only stipulation I saw was that after rehydration, he is not allowed to weigh over 188 lbs. The British standard time was throwing me off, so to let you know, coverage of the first event by the BBC starts at 1830 BST. So, I’m thinking we’ll know 5 and a half hours before the main card goes off. I don’t know why the BBC would mess around putting prelim fights on radio. So, I’m guessing if prelims go off at 7 am for you, and they are usually 2 hours long, that would make weigh in for him about 3 hours before the prelims, or about 4 am. Hope this helps!
