You have the ability to block invites from any user. If someone is excessively SPAMing an egregious amount of players, we are happy to review and address on a case by case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your username and a screen capture of the invite so we know what contest it was attributed to.
In addition, are you aware that you have the ability to block any user from sending invites to you? This is performed within the User Preferences at DraftKings.com from a web browser, unfortunately this preference is not yet available in our mobile applications – but it is on our radar.
Scroll down to the section titled “Limit Notifications From Users”
In the User field listed under “Search for a user” add the name of the user(s) that are bothering you, then click Add.
You can also use the H2H Blocking preference found here to stop automatching upon lock against the opponent. Once you block someone, that person can no longer join your public or private Head-to-Head challenges, send you Head-to-Head Challenge requests, or be auto-matched with you in Head-to-Head challenges – this preference covers all of the above.
For League invites, please go to your “Leagues” page on the full DraftKings website and decline any pending invitations. These contest invites may have been sent to you from the Leagues page and will stop once you have declined the invitation to join this League.
