I think I’m going to try something different and do my research tonight before prices come out tomorrow.

And you only have to worry about 5 players, so you should be ok time wise

That worked for me last week, I know how influenced I can be based on pricing. Probably means leaving money on the table in a lot of cases.

The google doc is slow to be added this week, usually he’s got it up by Sunday night but this is the first one I can remember recently where it wasn’t available by the time I got to work on Monday

The weather this week is going to be brutal. Lot’s of wind, of course there is always wind this time of year in Texas.

He may be working on it, was up last week. He had some players listed who are not playing and vice versa.

When it’s windy here, there is a ton of carnage – lots of double bogies here. I love this tourney when it’s like that.

This course sits on top of hills, there doesn’t need to be a lot of wind to affect it.

Jimmy Walker quote from Josh Culp
So, we always seem to get a pretty good amount of wind here. This place sits up on top of a hill. It’s always humming from one direction.

The wind direction is going to be different each day too. Gonna be fun to watch and especially fun to follow this forum.

I’m pretty interested in him and played him a lot the last two weeks. He missed the cut on the number having a disastrous 2nd to last hole on Friday. Its not like he has been playing awful. Some positive regression is due.

In EURO the contest this week is the the Trophee Hassan II in Morrocco. A Par 73 course with 5 Par 5’s.

    Thomas Pieters, anyone?

Pieters is the same age as JT, at one point in time pieters was 23rd in the world, nailed on as a Ryder Cup player for the next 10 years and a potential major winner.
Fast forward to now he’s hanging on in the top 50 in the world & is going backwards. I think it’s 1 top 10 out of 14 attempts in European Tour events. I like him but he’s been partying since the Masters so grinding in Morocco may not be his cup of tea. Clearly he is the standout player in this field but whether he goes to Morocco focused & ready is another question. He’s going to be highly owned & it’s certainly a gamble to fade him given his undeniable quality in a limited field. I like Luiten & Sullivan & of course Paul Dunne, who’s on fire + 2nd here last year is the big favorite.

Ryan Palmer loves the place, so does Hoffman
but I think the number one guy this week is Horschel

I’ve still got whiplash how Andy Sullivan came back from the dead to T10 last week, shooting -9 and -7 I think. I mean, I almost lost to timusbr because of that. :)

Gotta love some of the same ball strikers that were looking good last week. Coetzee might be worth another look once again, especially after his monster Sunday. I took a look at the Trophee Hassan II 2017 results before and it is not nearly the birdie-fest that last week’s event was. Tellingly Dunne lost that week in a playoff, so it stands to reason he could do well here again.

I’m having a hard time thinking of clicking Luke List’s name with a five-figure DK salary

  • timgodd375

Can someone explain the H2H thing? I lost last week so am I done or is it double elimination? I can’t find a bracket or anything anywhere
