is anyone here on the forum squad from or live in Europe that follows the Euro tour?

  • timusbr

I am a native Chicagoan who picked up DFS golf in Sept 2016. I have played Euro since then. I know of 1 person who lives in UK but suspect a couple of others.

Live in America, but I have played every single EURO slate that DK has offered since it started this time last year.

Building around Fat Rat and Luiten.

Taking a hard look at Scott Hend as well. Guy is really streaky with the putter but when he gets hot he can make birdies in bunches. On an easier course like this I think he can score a lot of DK points especially for $7,800

If you havnt noticed… Round 2(second set) of DK Gpp’s are available.

  • astauty

man… it’s going to be SO weird tomorrow not firing up PGA shot tracker and watching my guys fall apart. haha

  • lfn1992

Some wiseacre is going to make a lineup with all Wang and Wood

  • BeeLo16

does anyone know if there is a website that does projected ownership for DK Euro golf??

Any particular reason you like these 2 this week?? Luiten seems too expensive to me for someone who doesn’t have a top 10 this year

  • lfn1992

If Dean Burmester misses this cut, I’m going to scream, just sayin’

  • Sharpljp

Wonder if you can stream these Euro events anywhere online? Puddin what up?

  • JimKronlund

The euro birdie will fill within the hour it looks like. So you better hurry if you want in.

He is pricey for his finishes but is guaranteed to make a cut, can make a lot of birds when he gets hot, on an easy course, and i think ill get him low owned with a good chance to buck that no top 10 trend. Opening 67 here last year too then struggled. Good risk for me to take though as I like some lower priced guys and can get him lower owned.

Not sure how low owned he is going to be, I can see people pivoting to him so they don’t have to pay 11.8k and 12k for Fisher/Wies… and Luiten is getting touted by the RG “experts” this week.

Primary coverage is on Golf Channel, so you can stream that online with your tv provider login. No shot tracker but you can view hole by hole scoring on europeantour.com

Its actually more tv coverage than any nomral PGA event gets.

I think my LU is going to be extra-chalktastic, but I’ll wait and see. You would think Joost! and Burmester would be chalky simply due to their strong chances of making the cut.

Of course, now that I’ve mentioned them, you probably want to stay away because they will probably now both shoot Friday 78s and miss it

I’m going Joost fade so he will probably win now… I guess either way 1 of us is going to be right haha

Porteus is my cheap guy this week, has been on a decent cut streak and has played well at this course before.

Not bad since February… and young,… Good Form, good luck

Will you be sending invitations out next weeK ? Just a click and join, takes the money, etc…
Guess you’ll have to keep posting, or add a link to the top of next weeks page… Many will miss out if they are not reading and only post when in tilt on Sat. / Sun.

Off topic – How do you feel about Sergio going forward in the Majors..
Can he now play with that sense of relief and no worries, adds to his list of majors.
    Or… Opposite…
I think it pours it on..maybe another this year and a couple more… he was too close for too long and now that he has won one, tons of confidence… Same thing with Chappell last week. Went forward off of that 7th at the Masters….

I think Sergio will remain a rich mans CHlll. I can not see him dominating. So many top end players, playing like top end players. I think Sergio is too long in the tooth to do anything other than what he was previously producing. Solid cut making with decent and consistent top 15’s. The talent in the plethora of youthful players have quite a few steps on Sergio in my opinion.

Yes I will be sending out invites starting on Monday, drawing brackets on Tuesday. I think I have given out all available info in the thread header. any questions, I got answers. Just looking to see who wants to play and make the small commitment.

In case you dont know how it works DK wise… I will set a new league up with everyone playing. Once I post the brackets, 3 of the individuals must create the H2H’s. Only someone playing can create a H2H. If we are not in the same group, I cant create your match. So a group of 4 people will have 6 contests, 1 player can create 3 H2h’s him vs each of his opponents. So you have to keep an eye open on your 3 matches. I can set up the league, give you the rules, help whoever needs it, track the results and summarize them for everyone to look at.

I might not know everything, so if someone has a better way to use DK, teach me
