Never usually ask lineup help on here. But I’m stuck this week for some reason.

    Watson or Finau?

Who do I pair with each? Choose one

If Watson: An or Horschel or Hadwin

If Finau: Gooch or Tringale or Gay or someone else

    for myself it was Watson/Hadwin

    Finau’s history here scares me.
Watson and An or Hadwin (i prefer)

I feel like I’m way too high on English, Grillo, and Hadwin. But I love my lineups too much. Plus who else do I really want around that price point? Or lower for that matter

  • hautalak

Let’s see if Straka and Woodland can mess me up this week. I lowered Straka but he’s still at 25% for me. Riding Conners and An (40% each) with Mats, XMan, Woodland, and Kuchar up top (each at 30%).

    Good luck this week!

I’ve got a lineup with Hadwin/Conners – Stupid? Go Canada EH??

If your research/process got you there in the end I always say play it.

It allowed me to get the 3 guys I wanted in, so I guess we’ll see!

    Good luck today everyone!!

Alrighty I think it’s time for a big week from the golf forum crew. We deserve it. Looking like a solid birdie day to start…

Happy Meal Small Fry still has 3 openings if anyone wants in.

  • HunkerToe

    Winner – Sir Richard Fowler
    Fade – Nasty Yams
Sleeper – Stuard (a popular pick apparently)

    Yay golf!

  • Wander_Bread

So the weather is going to be around 45 degrees when the first groups are teeing off, warming up to over 60 by noon. Is this enough to make a showdown slate fading the early players? Unfortunately, several of the big names I was looking to use are going off before 8:30 AM Phoenix time.

Winner – Hideki nips Xander and JT
Top 10 – Bubba, Sungjae, Cam
Fade – Fowler, Morikawa, Hovland, Bryson
    Sleepers – Long, Stuard, Chappy

It seems like I’m rarely in-line with your approach, but this is very close to what I have this week.

  • geniusjt4

I can’t go wrong this week.
    Everything lines up.
My strong plays have low ownership.
    My value guys are solid.
All lineups are looking like 6/6.

I’ve got about an hour left to enjoy this feeling, before everything goes south.

    Playing both ways.
There’s enough of a weather difference that it might be a factor, but some dudes LIKE to play in crisp cold weather.
Unpredictable, but I did a showdown stack for early and one for late.

  • mitchsnyderdfw

I saw and heard Hovland’s name a lot this week. Is anyone worried about him being in the last group to go off?

I think that is overthinking it. In my opinion only reason to make weather decisions are big differences in wind or rain.

We shall see. I made one without thinking about the weather. And one where I swapped out the bigger names who are going off early for the likes of Bubba and Spieth.

Good Thursday morning and YAY GOLF

Feels like we finally made it to the full swing mode of the season. Lots of golfers and a cut sweat incoming.

Build 10 entries, so have to be selective. At the top, felt like I had to fade a few guys, so no Richard Flowers, Toe Knee Fee Now, Cooch and Sham Wow for me.

Only dipped to 6900 at the bottom with Tringale and Charl. Had to play 30% of my man Bud Cauley as he bounces back with Woodland this week.

Winner: JT nips Webb & Rahm
    Fade: see above
    Sleeper: My Man Bud Cauley!

Good Luck Y’all, you will need it.

You can probably see about an hour of it on PGA Tour Live on Twitter until they cut it off to make people interested in subscribing.
