Hmmm having a hard time picking a winner this week so I will go with : JT/Woodland/or Xman with Tricky Ricky right behind them.
    Fade: Rahm,Nastyams, and Finau
    Sleeper: Hossler/Long/Party Marty/ and Homa

Good Luck all! NO tinkering again this week for me/feel like I’ve finally kicked that habit lol

  • klyon28

Decided to go Watson and An. Figure An will be less owned than Hadwin so I’ll take a chance there

Last minute tinker of the few shares I had of Bryson to Finau. I guess FOMO has hit me for Finau just in case he figures it out as he has been playing decent of late, and my indifference on Bryson showing through.

Is the course actually a bad fit for Finau? It doesn’t seem like it but his results say otherwise.

    seems like an ok fit

maybe he doesn’t like the raucous atmosphere

  • lfn1992

    Hoge at 9,%…yum yum yum

  • monarch

I figured Hadley would be higher than three percent. Also got Hoffman low owned

  • noddy

This might just be my week.

  • noddy

My main lineup only one golfer over 10%. That never happens.

A couple of thoughts relating to the MME player pool & configuration discussion…

Typical week for me at the moment is 108 entries in the $0.50 Min-Max and 20 in the $1 Short Game for MME, then usually a few Single Entry, 3-max, along with a couple of darts in the lotto’s.

My initial plan for the 108 this week was 44 golfers ranging from 8 (7.5%) to 36 (33%) lineups and I had a breakdown of # of players by salary range as well. Had 9 groups of 10 golfers setup with a 3-man Core, 2×2 swap and 1×3 swap. Because of these constraints, couldn’t really fit everything together keeping the pods, but ended up getting 42 guys in with the following breakdown…

    1 × 36
    2 × 30
    7 × 24
    1 × 22
    4 × 18
    5 × 16
    9 × 12
    5 × 10
    5 × 8
    3 × 4

Tried to pay at least a little attention to being at least equal to overweight projected ownership on as many people as possible, but not an absolute driving force behind any decision making. Basically tried to fit players into my prearranged structure as best as possible and getting a few different combinations of players with each other in different pods.

A tighter grouping I also do sometimes is 2 sets of 54 lineups with 13 players in each. (2×54, 2×27, 3×18, 3×18, 3×18) When doing that, I probably would only have 1-2 guys in both sets, and then when I did my other non-MME lineups, try to cross-section guys from both groups or play guys from the same grouping together, etc…

For the 20-max, I often do the “cascade” model with my original 6 guys, then swap out 1 guy for each spot in 3 lineups and the final lineup I usually do guys I don’t really have much of anywhere.

Tom Hoge at 30% on Yahoo… I have none…will see how this turns out.

  • eruthruff

    Winner: Rahm
    Fade: Kuchar, Fowler, Hideki
Sleeper: Benny An, McCarthy, Burns, Steele

I didn’t play Rahm much because it seemed like a week to be balanced. Instead I took a lot of Sungjae and Scheffler and Woodland.
