-1, the cut is basically that right now, you dont think its going to improve from that? i was thinking the cut was going to be -3 with a small chance of maybe minus 2, but this course seems pretty easy

I think it is most likely -2 with a chance to go to -3

  • Wander_Bread

We thinking cut gets to -2?

  • shadowchap1978

RIckie with the early makeable birdie miss…

  • ValuableTrader

They kept saying on air last night that all Jordan needs to do is hit more fairways and then he’ll be Jordan again.

    RIIIIIIIGHT.

  • monarch

    Hadley streak

  • BBWC_10

Gonna be a nerve racking day today, I have a hand full of guys just outside the projected cut line.

  • BrianVT

Come on, Kokrak. I’ll take that birdie, but 5ft for eagle, dude? Dang it

  • BadAtBetting

    Hadley streaking the first 3

  • Baysman

Wow Scheffler’s putting early is terrible.

  • Dewoc19

    Hadley

i need this guy to make a push today

  • mr_papageorgio

Tony starts with a dart and a birdie!

  • Wander_Bread

What are the chances we can get a big day from Matty Wolff and a MC? Zero or less?

Jordan is very fortunate he hit big time early and locked up those endorsements. It’d be one thing to say he just needs to hit fairways if he was hitting it alright but he’s missing fairways like me after I’m drunk lately

  • Wander_Bread

Long birdie from off the green from Billy Ho to start. Maybe it is his week??

  • ifthethunder

Lots of birdies happening on the first hole today. Got one from Bubba and now Billy Horschel.

What happened that he’s so bad now?

Hope so! Got him in most of my lineups and he’s really low owned. Lot of golf left though…

  • mr_papageorgio

Berger opens with a bogey. Not ideal.

  • jss1218

Nice job Scheffle making up for the 3 jack.

  • monarch

C’mon Hadley. We need birdies on every hole. Cant have you settling for pars out there.

Who knows, but from watching him he’s a head-case. His game is awful right now. No control of driver, irons are off and he ain’t the putter he used to be. Not driving well hurts him so bad because he can’t hit it as far as most. His putting was great, like historically great for a few years, and that bailed him out of alot of situations. His proximity to hole was never great but he could make bombs and often times for pars. His short game was excellent too. I think those years of historic putting put him on the map but keeping that level of putting up is almost impossible and I think that’s what started this spiral. Soon the putts weren’t dropping and then all of a sudden confidence goes down, in come swing and mentality changes…I never liked his swing, always looked weak and soft, but he somehow made the best of it and I think because he was playing so well/confidence was up which allowed for his mental toughness to strengthen. He was vocal but always holding himself to high expectations. Now he’s visibly off, yelling at himself, etc. He doesn’t trust any facet of his game. He has a LONG way to go…

Chappell bogey from inside 100 in the fairway. Pathetic.

yep he was putting like he was the greatest putter of all time and that covered a lot of it but everything has fallen off. He’s just a completely different guy now.

  • jss1218

And now Poston with the 3 jack. WTF?!

    Exactly.

I think he needs to put on like 20 pounds, hit the weight room and start swinging like a man!
