The good news is that I won’t have a guy on the course until 12:55est and I’m in striking distance in several gpps. The bad news is I have to watch my placement drop like a stone all morning until my guys tee off

Same for me, my first guy (Sergio) doesn’t tee off until 12:05 central, it’s nice knowing you have guys teeing off so late but then have to hope your guys golf well enough to make up all the ground you are going to lose until they tee off

Good Sunday morning & YAY GOLF

On the road again today. Will try to keep up, yesterday was a roller coaster, I can check the standings about once every hour, was as high as second in the happy meal with my main line up, finished 12th for the day after I lost some place points. Rooting for a Todd win today to turn a profit, that’s pretty much how my whole day rests.

Good Luck today Y’all, we will need it!

Hope my team continues to suck so I can stay DFL in the Happy Meal !!

why do people play the guys all the way down at the bottom who have been playing bad golf? i mean is it strictly for leverage hoping one of them pulls their head outta their rear end? or is it that they want that moment of glory of winning 100K ??

for showdown everyone takes guys up top so thought is to be different- I loaded up on some Paul Casey today in showdown at 6900 with ownership under 1% – who knows how that works out but I saw he had 5 birdies on front 9 yesterday so happy to take a shot on a good unowned golfer to pair up with the chalky guys.

  • ifthethunder

My worst golfer in the Happy Meal is Matt Wallace. And he’s -3 through 6!

So I go to tourcast 3D and watch him immediately hook a tee shot into the trees. Dang.

This is how to win SD with finishing points. Too many people play for the extra position points, and if it’s a birdie fest they likely won’t come in to play. Leaders on Sunday typically don’t shoot a lights out round with the pressure and playing conservative. Pick the right guys early at low ownership who have 7 birdies and an eagle and you have a great shot.

Hello! Anyone play the Rd3 Resurgence SD or have the tournament link? Took down the $1 20 Max with the lineup below, wondering how it would have fared in the larger contest. Thanks!:

    JT: 49.95
    Bison: 45.30
    Koepka: 45.50
    Louis: 37.40
    Benny: 52.10
    Lewis: 71.20
    total: 301.45

Not sure if there’s another “resurgence” but I was in the 20k one with 2352 players and the winning score was 296.25 for 5k.

  • Brienwalker

Awesome – thanks! I was thinking there was a $50K to first but i may be mistaken. Maybe it wasn’t the resurgence. Yesterday’s over, time to focus on today/this week!

RCB making sure nobody will catch him for DFL!

  • Baysman

Rory misses a 4 foot putt then cranks his next tee shot into someone’s back yard.

  • shadowchap1978

Unreal… Nieman making everything this morning and Cantlay missing 3 footers for birdie. 2020 blows

Glad I have Finau paired with Niemann in Showdown. Always one turd in the punch bowl.

Damn is Casey going to rope me in to playing him again next week?

I debated between him and Reed for my last showdown spot today…. whew! Although Reed bogeyed his first that turd!

Korhonen’s late birdie BARELY got me to second in the EURO $600 Scramble. Holy crap what a sweat. By a half point! Over a 5/6! Pretty much everything that could go wrong did.

It’s funny – it was nice to get a good payday for 2nd, but I was passionate about beating CSURAM88. Frustrated he was in 1st!
