I’ve always heard the opposite about PGA vs other forums.

30 out of 31 days a month it is. Then the one day rears it’s ugly head.

Also i like hearing about why they choose what they choose while they still can on mkf

I don’t think the mkf talk matters based on all the winners they are going to go out of business or stop offering golf soon

I’m genuinely concerned that they may stop offering golf. They already made restrictions in the summer.

sneaksox you are not causing dissent and I for one would not want you to go. My post were only toward 2 people. fwiw

I’m not sure if it’s an unpopular opinion, but what a great golf course in terms of testing the players and I hope they keep it in the WGC loop or use it for other big events. I love the big #s lurking everywhere.

Not many guys have been playing golf seriously.

And they’ve been murdering people (me at least) in basketball. I probably dropped about 1500 on NBA. But if you use common sense and have been playing PGA as of late, you’ve been printing

They kicked my ass in NBA until I finally got smart and just stopped.

I really like the course as well. Very entertaining!

I hit a couple early and then it was a bloodbath. But I’m sure they get far more volume there than in PGA

Agreed. I didn’t want to be the first to say it though.

Quicken the greens up and it could host a US Open.

I promise this is the last post I will make in this thread but I want to sum up my thoughts:

There is literally no way to win on MKF unless there is a week with terrible weather where they set bad PGA lines. It is 100% based on their lines and weather/course, which creates a gap, but it is impossible to win without that gap so I get the frustration from everybody that has tried and lost.

It is an absolutely terrible site with terrible payouts, customer service, website UI (no app) but there’s an advantage on days with 25mph at Pebble, which we always look for in gambling. However, this is not truly playing the golfers so I do understand how this should be separate because we are essentially winning on the weather and awful decisions by the people setting lines. I’ve thought about this point a lot.

We finally got sports book in Colorado, and if there was an option on there to play guys over 68 strokes I would absolutely withdraw all of my money and never touch MKF again, but these bets are unique to that site. The website has already changed their rules to stop people from betting all over or all under on larger parlays so you know they were hemorrhaging money to make a significant rule change like that, but again all of this is just information we are trying to share and you guys are right, it will probably be shut down soon because it is a little bit ridiculous on some weeks.

I like everybody on this forum and believe that all of us are intelligent enough to figure out that guys are not going to shoot -4 when there are 25mph winds at a tough course. There is one place I’ve found to exploit that (please tell me about any more…) and that is all we have been excited about recently.

Again, best of luck to everyone today and I’ll start up the new/separate thread next week.

Had the Leishman streak gif ready to go and he 3 putts from 6 foot.

LMAO, I do my Tiers Wed night. I spent a bunch on my classic contests, so played down in tiers. played 8 LU’s and added a sidecar to the Qtr (5900+ entries) first, and fifth( 2 LU’s ea). Why didnt I play the $5. Still, 1st place in qtr and dime…..hope it lasts.

  • JimKronlund

Hojgaard 10 over in first 7 holes. That must be close to a record?

  • joephoto

    Thanks for reminding me.
Had forgot my balance on MKF, so I played McIlroy vs Koepka and Reed vs Matsuyama.

Always fun when your boat anchor in multiple Classic and Weekend lineups who is an elite putter 3-jack’s a 6 footer that would have been a streak.

Follows it up with a great looking shot on 11 that gets Nicklaus’ed.

    DJ +10 on the Front for the week now;
-7 on the back. Not sure if this is DGAF mode at this point or if this Front legitimately has his number.

hope this isnt true, but what you wish and how you feel, is your business. A bit of an over-reaction(on leaving,on taking things posted too seriously, on feeling anger/uncomfort?

defend your opinion and if you want think about the other side, Its not a fight, no knuckles are exchanging, you show no serious animosity, the others dont show any animosity, it wasnt anywhere close to being a bad conversation. its been all about how people feel on 1 subject. agree to disagree and make a shot across the bow every now and then. These things all pop up in dead time while waiting..I guess I am the only one who laughs at things. YAY Golf

edit: posts like this from me show I am anxious as hell watching the dfs and golf leaderboard. I cant handle the possible in possible winnings. I always hated when my horse was in the lead rounding the turn.

Woodland starts off with a sweet DB

Sorry just meant this week’s thread (and now I lied haha). Definitely be back next week with DK talk only on the main thread and a MKF thread for all the weather/course players. I love this place, keeps me sane at work on Thursday/Fridays!

Looks like a lot of golfers are wearing the black pants and red shirt to honor Tiger today. This is awesome!
