Let me start off in saying maybe I shouldn’t post something like this here in the main forum….. But wanted to get other people’s thoughts.
Honestly AlSmizzle (when he was here), Dan B along with Pepsi7’s and STLCards guidance have helped me significantly. These guys play in the majority of the games and slates that I or (we) all play. However they continue to give advice, assistance and guidance to us all knowing that this assistance may in fact aid us in beating them. Yes are they compensated for this yes but not as much as if they kept this knowledge to themselves. Any way big shout out to the RG crew!!! You have helped me tremendously improve as a DFS player!!
Edit… Dean and Crazy Gabe aren’t half bad either!!

jmtowin and stlcards are my fav by far. their articles are appointment reading. loved smizz and dean together for nba. loves miner/gabey/pepsi grinders live. anytime cheeseisgood writes anything its always fantastic as well.

    Al Smizzle (NBA, Game Theory)
DraftCheat (Game Theory, MLB, Pitching Metrics)
    Notorious (MLB Grinddown)
    STLCards, eMac (MLB, CFB)
    BoggsLite, Pepsi (MLB,NHL)
    BillsFan (bankroll mgmt)
    Dean (NBA)
These are the people that stand out in my mind but I have taken bits and pieces from so many people here.

JMtoWin for MLB was always so important to my research

emac and stlcards have been instrumental in some of my top performances.

I actually always enjoyed listening to DC and Brit discuss MLB because it helped authenticate what I thought I already knew (or change my mind)

notorious does an excellent job breaking down NBA

ohnjz did a great incentives piece for NBA last season that had me jealous of his insights

Dean is my go to for cash game lineup construction. for all sports. the guy is a machine.

headchopper/stlcards and dan’s show for cfb is by far the best cfb advice you’ll get anywhere. I have done better than I deserve in college football because of the information these guys have given out.

for nfl, rookieblitz used to write the advanced matchup plays last season and those won me money almost every week.

agiantballofoil and pthurman are great. also stewburtx does a great breakdown of defenses every week.

smizz was awesome on GLive, great insight and a level head on how to play the game right.

stevie is one guy I trusted consistently for pitching.

All of you guys are a great help! I do most of my own research, so I appreciate the guys who provide theory type information. I’m not sure what qualifies someone as a “contributor”, but:

    thehazyone’s DFS Tournament Reports
    louiescards’ Thursday Field Reports
I forget who it was, but there was somebody breaking down winning slam lineups. That was helpful.

I am really going to miss Al Smizzle on Grinders Live during the NBA season. He is/was a goldmine of NBA knowledge.

MTro86’s deep dive into pitchers each day has to be recognized. This guy’s analysis was impressive. I liked reading this article and Paul Sporer’s pitching article right before The Talented Mr. Noto’s MLB Grind Down. Thrown in some JMToWin Tue/Fri EDGE articles and it was a good day. Can’t wait until April 2016.

  • CUTiger81

I think STL does a phenomenal job with CFB, PGA and MLB. Chop is great with CFB as well.

The work boggs and DC do with MLB is something I rely on. I lend a lot of credence to Cheese’s MLB picks and advice.

Love listening to Gabey and Thad talk NBA. Hell, I like everybody though. I don’t watch the later grinders live shows so I don’t get much Dean, Emac, Smizz (when he was here).

Can’t go without giving Noto props for the Grind Down. Such a great feature.

  • CUTiger81

Also, JMtoWin I read religiously. Love your articles man. Really helpful perspective.

It is a no brainer for me…….Kevin Roth

STL for me. Him and Chop been helping me kill it in CFB. I really like Hoop and DC as well.

Dan Back has made my transition into fulltime DFS a much easier one because of the podcast and everything else he does for the industry. I love his work and would definitely vote for him….

Chopperhead providng daily MLB analysis on Dr. Roto’s show lead me to Rotogrinders a few years ago. I would always play XM OnDemand on the drive home to listen to his analysis for the evening MLB slate. His CFB analysis is good too.

STLCards is great and provides honest analysis, some of the most honest in the industry. He gets a lot of crap on these boards for some reason, likely because he wins in multiple sports on a consistent basis. If you haven’t been paying attention to his CFB analysis, you don’t like $$. While I have my own methods in CFB that have worked well for me (sorry for the Ryazaan-esque post), Cards show w/eMac on Saturday AM is great for last minute updates.

Notorious’ “First Look” series analysis is awesome. Helped me get my analysis started for MLB.

Notorious and its not even close…I started back when he would share his lineup as an incentive feature. It helped me start a bankroll and enter tournaments with his cash game advice!

We will be doing Last Call for NBA this year which should be a fun and crazy absolutely insane show with guest appearances from top gamers.

  • Yombo

jmtowin easily, followed closely by notorious and varncass/a25smith who have been doing a lot of college grinddowns

  • Tedyred

For me, Beermakersfan has been great with his Daily Fantasy 6 Packs. He’s my #1, followed closely by Notorious with his awesome MLB/NBA Grind Downs. DraftCheat always has great GPP plays, same with STL Cards.

  • chiasports

Helped me the most… ALL of them!

WON me the most… NOTO … Grind Down articles on my 2 biggest GPP nights!

Play cash 95 percent of the time.
