    So I originally put in a withdrawal request on the 28th of January. I then got an email from them on February 2nd that I needed to submit a W9 and that my withdrawal wouldn’t be processed until I did. I emailed them the W9 on the 5th (and received a 1099 in the mail from them two days ago).

    My withdrawal still hasn’t gone through. I emailed them on the 12th, and contacted them through the website yesterday, both with no response… Anyone else having issues with them?

    DraftKings Co-Founder Matt Kalish’s Statement: “This is not an acquisition deal or an asset purchase deal. This is a very simple deal, where we’re assigning two liabilities from [FantasyHub] over to DraftKings in an effort to do the right thing for their player base, which has a nearly 80 percent overlap with our own. We never want to see our player base go through an experience that’s negative like this. What happened here was reprehensible. It is a breach of trust for these players and we share a lot of these players with them. We just didn’t think it was the right thing to do to sit on the sideline and let that happen. We had the ability to step up and do something.”

    Luckily for me I only had $9.35 cents on that site, never felt right putting a lot on there, I tried to get a buddy to sign up and he said “NO way, that site looks shady as hell” When I tried to withdraw my $9.35 through PayPal it says I must withdraw $20 minimum.

    Just my 2 cents, since I’ve been following this thread from the beginning. Nothing I have read from Steven P has made any sense or given me reason to think this will end well. Even if they pay us and manage to stay in business (highly unlikely,imo) I will never play there again.

    But what have they said that gives you reason to think it won’t end well? Fantasy Up didn’t “seem” to lead people that it would end up well and last i checked it did. People speculate way too much.

    Maybe. I think it would be more expedient to pay out its customers first. After all, if customers had not had issues receiving payment, they would not have questioned the charity payments.

    If you’re the guys at FH and you have to choose between potential Defrauding a Charity charges and not paying out your customers, you’re choosing the former all day.

    It’s what they haven’t said, and that is just my opinion.

    Only because someone else swooped in and made things right (I think). It didn’t sound like it was in any way a sure thing, or even expected. And I’m not sure everyone has been paid out yet either.

    I’m hopeful but also realistic. The charity questions are what bother me most, and not getting to play on the site would be the thing I miss the most. The money I have at risk is small enough that I’m not too concerned, but the one thing this has taught me (no matter the outcome) is there’s no reason for me to carry a balance on any site beyond what I need to play for a few days to a week. Even on FD, I’ve got money sitting in balance that I’ve just been too lazy to withdraw, but I’m going to fix that right away.

    I feel like we’re lucky if we get an update today. I hope we do, but I’m just not feeling it. Hope I’m wrong. I really liked it the site, they seemed like good guys.. Hoping for the best

    I have like $200 on the site in my account… I have been considering it gone all week. If somehow we find out today that we are getting our money, its all going on booze and lotto tickets!!!

    Kidding of course… I will probably take it and buy diapers or my wife will spend it.

    Hope you all took screen shots when you could of your balance, chat history with customer service, charity donations, and downloaded your transaction history.
