I actually do not see what is to not like about Yahoo. They limit their GPPs to 10 entries (hundreds of multiple entries were a complaint), It is an easy format to follow, and they have a solid reputation.

I don’t really have a huge issue with it, but I could see people upset about player pricing. And no deposit bonus is not going to help them get the high volume players over from DK and FD.

that is not a whine or complaint…… everyone is always complaining when I look at these posts…give the site a chance…… If you offered this forum a free $100 bill, 79% of them would say the bill it is too green for their liking… never seen anything like it… if you don’t like yahoo, don’t play on it…..simple

I think some of you should give Yahoo a bit of a break. Its a new product launched in the middle of MLB season. I’m sure the reasoning behind that is to work out kinks and get the market use to the idea of daily fantasy for cash. Not everyone has heard of daily fantasy. I think this is the reasoning behind the smaller GPPs & the soft player pricing. The average Joe Blow who sees this for the first time is going to want to roster his favorite players. Give it some time. I’m sure pricing will tighten as NFL season goes along & GPP size will increase. As for deposit bonuses ect, I’m sure that will come along but I hope it will come in the form of free game entries. I cant stand the 4% trickle the big sites do.

Oh and btw, this contest is now guaranteed no matter what and is listed in the main lobby ;)

If you are a sports fan who plays fantasy you should have heard of DFS. There are so many ads even on the main season long providers. On TV commercials, everywhere. If you are a somewhat serious season long player you should have been on Rotoworld and other big fantasy information sites where the ads are everywhere and promoted.

The ads are also shown on the big sporting events like Superbowl and NBA finals. Lol what kind of sports fan are you if you don’t even watch those events.

Thank you Yahoo. I am not going to complain about free money. I appreciate the gesture. I will have to agree with the pricing issues. Pitching prices were much higher last week as compared to today. Thanks again and I look forward to the improvements I’m sure will be made.

  • Giftofgame31

Looks like the pitching prices were just an Error for today. If you look at tomorrows slate for Yahoo they’ve corrected all the pitching prices.

  • Wombat

I am not a fan of the pricing or the payout structure on Yahoo. But there is massive overlay today…

  • tyrique0730

i deposited but yahoo need to tighten their price to easy to afford anyone you want.

  • fadein34

if a site guarantees $22k to they have to payout $22k?

  • robert

How does this work? They guaranteed $22,000 payout. only got 2944 players at $1 a person. Places 29th -10,000 win $2. but they didnt get 10,000 players. So do they have to pay the full $22,000 to the people that joined?

How about the fact that it’s 7:26 am and I still don’t have the $275 I won last night yet I received an email notifying me about my winnings hours ago.

  • dgriff

It must be a systems thing as I received an email for what I won last night but the balance isn’t showing yet on my account.

  • deejones49

    Congrats! You won $70.71!
We’ve credited your account with $70.71 for winning these contests: I did not get this money need it to play today

Anyone who plays on yahoo right now is an experimental lab rat. They don’t care at all that their current product is garbage that can’t even get the simple things right, like paying out winnings.

I have not received my money yet either…

  • Hockstr2

Still haven’t been credited my wins from last night Yahoo, and I can’t get a hold of anybody for an explanation. Losing business because I’m not redepositing just to enter contests today.

  • Jason10

This site will easily be crushed by FD, DK, FA, and Victiv come NFL season.

  • tbird05

Reminds me of when Yahoo paid the winners of our mlb season long in January…

  • n10cfy

Sorry, but did someone say No Canadians? D: I actually wouldn’t mind trying this out

    Pay up, Yahoo.

  • bigtroll04

no money yet from last night’s winnings no answer from support

  • darkstar77

It’s a complete joke too that we have yet to hear from a yahoo representative on RG or Reddit.

  • McGibblets84

I’m just glad I’m not the only one. It hurts them more than us to delay the payments. Just make sure you save the email so there’s no chance you get left behind, that’s what I’m doing
