    I received the email stating my winnings yet the funds are not in my account. I tried to call Yahoo customer service but they are not open on the weekends. Can the Yahoo rep or anybody else tell me what is going on and when the winnings will be available? As it sits, I cannot play today due to the missing funds.

    same here. Winnings not in my acct. Im growing weary of Yahoo. will not deposit anymore until they get serious with DFS. As of now, Yahoo, you’re dead to me

    So it said I was awarded my winnings for yesterdays contests, when I have yet to see it in any account anywhere. I received the email saying I was awarded them, anyone got any info?

    I too got the email of me winning the 3 50/50’s I played, yet I haven’t been credited the winnings to my balance.

    Same problem here. As the week past week and a half has gone on I too have realized they have some serious problems. I would like to play multiple h2hs and 5050s on their site but it is not possible without an export feature. Until they fix the export feature and the payout process I will not be playing there anymore

    Same here. No payout today. I am not playing anymore contest until they complete their payouts.

    Same problem here. Very frustrating – can’t play today unless they update account balances. BUT, based on what I saw last night (repriced pitching, which basically makes the Yahoo contest a “pick the top player at each position and top 2 pitchers”), I’m not too excited to play. The fun is finding cheap diamonds in the rough to pair with select big dollar hitters/pitchers. NOT being able to put the best lineup out there with the most expensive player at each position. It reeks of desperation on Yahoo’s part – they can’t get the serious players due yet and the casual player won’t play because they can’t get a “Name” at each position. They are in a tough situation. Their initial pricing was great – I wonder who made the call (a bad one) to make pitchers very cheap and drastically worsen their game?

    Looks like it was a one day “feature” as Pitcher pricing looks to have returned to what it was.

    same here on the payouts disaster.

    as for the pricing, i think it is because their pricing takes into account the probable starters and there were any in time because of the all-star break and the contests getting posted more than a day in advance.

    We are playing around with different pricing models to see what works best for our users. Sorry about the payout issue from yesterday and hope you continue to give us a chance

    Yea, unexpected problems never happen on any other site… They found the problem, they apologized for the inconvenience, and I’m sure they will learn from it.
    What else do you want from them?

    Yes because no other sites have ever had issues with suspended games… Be careful what you wish for.. We want more competition in the market and we want more DFS sites, it makes the sites compete more for our business.. This soft launch has had lots of opportunities for overlay and easy profit. It`s been free money for me, so all this is nothing more than a minor inconvenience…

    Don’t play. Fanduel and DK are still having payout delays and server crash issues for NFL season 5 years later.

    This isn’t the first simple issue that they have had. I only played because they are giving away money in some of these contests. They are a major company and bugs like this are really bad, they should have been worked out before the product was released.

    I don’t wanna be a lab rat that is testing an unfinished product. And neither should anyone else.

    You should be used to it playing on the other sites. You’ve just accepted it with them.

    To try to compare this with other load issues that DK and FD had is laughable as even Yahoo had it’s own issues with it’s free season long product.

    We are talking about basic issues here. The ones that can be easily recreated with program testing such as design, depositing, location, and payout. The fact that they are screwing up with regularity for these basic issues is telling and I don’t blame anyone for not having confidence in this product.

    For a company of that size and resources it’s more than embarrassing IMO.

    Yahoo now describes both the management and design team and those that will end up playing there as a noun.
