Gary Neal doesn't travel to Portland, won't play Tuesday

Neal did not make the trip to Portland with the Wizards and will not play Tuesday. It's looking unlikely that he returns Friday in Utah and may not make an appearance on this road trip (which spans three games). With Neal out, look for Alan Anderson and Garrett Temple to continue to see most of the run at the SG spot off the bench. Bradley Beal is also out for Tuesday's game, so it's possible that Garrett Temple (or Anderson) moves into the starting lineup.

Gary Neal out Saturday

Gary Neal will miss another game with his thigh injury. With Alan Anderson back in the rotation, Garrett Temple is no longer a viable value play. Temple has really been struggling. Last game, he played 27 minutes and finished with just 2 FD points.

Gary Neal (leg) out at least two more games

Gary Neal did not travel with the Wizards for their upcoming road trip and has been ruled out of the upcoming games. Neal has been out for ten games and is without a timetable to return. Bradley Beal comes off the bench and will continue to benefit with Neal out.

Alan Anderson and Gary Neal out on Monday

Alan Anderson will be resting on the second night of a back-to-back. Gary Neal has been ruled out with a sore leg but he was not DFS relevant. Ramon Sessions will benefit the most with Bradley Beal limited as well. The Wizards are double-digit favorites at home, which could lead to Session seeing over 20 minutes.

Gary Neal out Sunday

Gary Neal will miss his ninth straight game with a leg injury. Neal was coming off the bench for the Wizards, so his DFS impact was minimal. Now that Alan Anderson is back for the Wizards, Garrett Temple is no longer a punt option. Last game, Temple played just 12 minutes.

Gary Neal does not travel with team - out for tonight's game

Neal has been out for over two weeks and that's not changing tonight as he did not travel with the team for their game. Nothing to see here in terms of DFS relevance.

Gary Neal ruled out for tonight

Gary Neal will not play tonight against the Bulls. He's been practicing of late and has been questionable the past two nights, so a return doesn't seem far off. There aren't any real DFS beneficiaries in regards to this news.

Alan Anderson and Gary Neal listed as questionable for Wednesday

Alan Anderson has not played this season but is questionable for tonight's contest against the Bulls. Gary Neal was a late scratch for yesterday game and is also questionable tonight. Both players are not DFS options and should not be considered even if they are active.

Gary Neal will play, Alan Anderson officially ruled out

Gary Neal will return to the Wizards lineup tonight, but Alan Anderson is still unable to make his season debut. Neal won't be a big part of the rotation now that Bradley Beal is settling in, but it's worth noting that the Wizards are in a very rough stretch - they play 5 times in the next 7 days, and also played 3 games in 3 nights coming out of the ASB. That may lead the Wizards to stretch their rotation some, but Neal still isn't on the DFS radar tonight.

Alan Anderson and Gary Neal listed as questionable for Tuesday

Alan Anderson has yet to make his season debut and should not be considered tonight even if he is upgraded. Gary Neal has missed five consecutive games with a leg injury and also is irrelevant in DFS. Bradley Beal is the SG most likely to benefit due to their absence. Beal has been coming off the bench for the Wizards, averaging 26 minutes in three games since the All-Star break. Beal has not exceeded value in last four games, which will likely make him an under-owned option tonight. Beal is in a nice matchup and should be considered, as the Pelicans are ranked 24th in DvP vs SG on the season.
