Software and Interface
Rather than filling up draft rounds with every single player from every position, 365 takes the time to insert an intriguing list of players for each draft round. In the point cap contests you will find a longer list of available players, making roster selection a more difficult challenge. They also take the time to only list probable starting pitchers rather than every pitcher in the league. This makes the selection process a little easier and is a nice touch.
The Lobby Game List becomes cluttered at times, mainly due to multiple unfilled games showing for each buy-in type, but all in all, it is relatively easy to navigate and you can find your desired contest(s) quickly. Each player’s salary value is determined based on their average points per game for that player in relation to the leading scorer’s average points per game for that particular sport. However, 365 will go in and manually adjust a player’s values if an injury, coaching decision, or other event changes a players minutes or that player’s value. 365 Fantasy Sports does an excellent job of maintaining fair and challenging values for all players throughout the season.
In addition, there are AL and NL only leagues for baseball, and day only, night only, and full days schedules available for all sports.
Customer Service
365 Fantasy Sports has an excellent customer service department. You have the option of asking a question or commenting via email or a toll-free number. While these options are standard amongst most Daily Fantasy Sports sites, 365 takes customer service to the next level.
