After favorites had their way in the NBA on Monday (8-1 ATS), underdogs responded going 4-1 Tuesday night. Not only did underdogs cover but Atlanta (+210), Orlando (+170), and Boston (+250) all won outright to cash big moneyline tickets. Here’s the full sports betting recap and a Wednesday lookahead.

What to Watch Wednesday Night

The Milwaukee Bucks travel to take on the Indiana Pacers (+3.5, Over/Under 118.5) in another big Eastern Conference matchup, as Giannis Antetokounmpo (pictured above) and Khris Middleton play in their last regular season game before heading to Charlotte for All-Star Weekend.  The Bucks hold the best record in the conference and opened as 4.5-point favorites. By 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, the line had dropped a whole point to Bucks -3.5. The Pacers are 17-12 ATS at home, while the Bucks are 16-10 ATS on the road. Breakfast Lean: Take the points at home, Pacers +3.5.

Prop Shop: Steph Curry Over/Under 27.5 Points

Golden State Warriors play the Portland Trailblazers (+4.5, Over/Under 233.5) in the late game Wednesday night. Curry hasn’t scored over 25 points in his last five games, and the Under on his point total is 8-2 in his last 10. The fact that Curry can go off for 40+ at any time may entice you to be the Over. Not to mention the fact that the game total happens to be the highest on the board. Breakfast take? There are plenty of mouths to feed on the Warriors, and Curry doesn’t mind when Kevin Durant or Klay Thompson get the spotlight. The total 27.5 is a lot for anyone not named James Harden or Paul George. Breakfast Pick: Under 27.5.

Injury Report

Kyrie Irving will likely sit out for the third game in a row with a knee injury. Irving’s absence didn’t stop Boston from rebounding with a big win in Philadelphia last night. We’ll see if they can keep it up against Detroit.

An illness sidelined Mike Conley Tuesday night in the Memphis Grizzlies’ 107-108 loss to the Spurs. Conley is questionable heading into Wednesday’s game versus the Chicago Bulls (-1.5, Over/Under 203).

Temperature Meter: It’s Cold in New York

The New York Knicks on are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games the Under has hit 8 times during the drought. The Knicks host the Philadelphia 76ers (-9.5, Over/Under 222.5) tonight. It’ll be interesting to see how the Sixers respond coming off a one-point home loss against Boston last night. The public will likely be fading the Knicks as they have been most of the season.

Louisville +7.5 Covers in Duke’s Historic Comeback

Duke mounted a 23-point comeback to beat Louisville 71-69. After entering the half up 38-29, Louisville extended their lead to 23 points – but that wasn’t enough to stop Cam Reddish and Zion Williamson from saving Duke moneyline bettors (-400). With nine minutes left Duke switched to a full-court press, helping cause nine Louisville turnovers in that span. Williamson scored 27 points with 12 rebounds, and Cam Reddish added 22 points as the Blue Devils finished the game on a 35-10 run. The Under (O/U 152) has hit 16 times in Duke games this season. Despite the Cardinals’ collapse, Louisville bettors covered the 7.5 point spread. Louisville has been reliable for bettors this season, going 14-9-2 ATS overall.

Stat of the Day

Duke’s win was the largest second-half comeback victory in the Coach K era, helping them cover the second-half spread (-7.5) by 3.5 points.

Red Hot Villanova Hosts Providence +11, Over/Under 135.5

The defending champions started the season off failing to cover the spread in three of their first four games. Villanova hasn’t looked back since, going 16-8 ATS overall (10-2 ATS at home). Jay Wright’s basketball team is playing the best it has all year, winning nine of its last 10 (8-2 ATS).

To see just how much perception has changed on Villanova, look at the spread in the first meeting between these two teams: Villanova was favored by just three points. Sure, they were on the road, but that’s a stark difference from the -11 line we see today, even considering home court advantage.  Villanova covered in that first meeting, beating providence 65-59 (Under 137.5). Breakfast lean: Providence +11, Over 135.5.
