NBA Props and Pick'em

This is a big game for the Trail Blazers against the Clippers - one that could determine who gets the #8 seed versus the #9 seed. As such, I'm projecting high minutes for all of the Portland starters and thus lower minutes for the reserves. Williams hasn't cleared this total in the last 4 games either, as his minutes have been a bit lower (either via blowout, or a similarly scripted close, important game).
