Weekly RotoGrinders Rankings Update

Welcome back to another weekly rankings update. With NFL starting up I thought it was a good time to take a quick look at how the rankings are holding up in both the overall rankings, the TPOY race, the seasonal MLB and inaugural NFL rankings as well as the Monthly leaderboard for September. Please take note that there have been some issues downloading the full files from week 1 of NFL due to the size of the files, so some of these rankings may be incomplete (specifically the NFL one) however, that doesn’t mean we can’t take a look and see who is taking an early lead for this season.

Notes

The top 10 of the TPOY race is a who’s who of DFS, and it doesn’t take you long past the top 10 to find more players who have had tremendous success, including reigning TPOY champion McJester, SamENole just to name a couple. At the very top however is Theclone who has taken a 3000 point lead over second place ehafner with maxdalury not far behind in third place. This NFL season the prizes will be bigger than they ever have been and we should see some players take huge leaps up to the top of the leaderboards and we can watch it all unfold here in the rankings update as the season goes on.

Notes

With baseball season winding down and with just a few weeks remaining in the regular season Maxdalury has taken a commanding lead by almost doubling the second place team BirdWings. I think it is safe to say that Maxdalury will not be relinquishing his baseball throne anytime soon given the rate at which he continues to be successful.

Our very first NFL roundup and we see a few familiar faces that have been absent all summer of course leading the pack is condia who has a 6000 point lead over maxdalury to start the season. Of course it is important to note that some results are still being processed, but this early return shows to show that rumors of Condia’s demise were vastly over-stated as he seems to be alive and well and started off week 1 of NFL with some noted success. However, looks like maxdalury is here to challenge his supremacy and it will be very interesting this season to see how the battles between these two DFS heavyweights plays out.

Notes

Maxdalury maintains his stranglehold on the monthly leaderboard with over 193,000 points besting the second place team BirdWings by over 100,000 points for the month of September. Among the top 5 papagates appears to be newcomer and as you saw earlier he had a tremendous move into the top 100 as he is now up to 51st place and should be moving even further as the NFL season progresses.
