CBB DFS Slate Breakdown: March 8th

We have a three-game slate here with some mid-majors on this Monday and it’s quite a fun one. Two of the biggest studs in the mid-major game in Jalen Moore and Isaiah Miller are on the slate, and oh – Colbey Ross too. What do we do about Gonzaga? And an incredible spot for Northern Kentucky against a fast-paced, terrible defense Oakland team – let’s get into it.

Mercer (69), Tempo: 68

This is the fourth game in as many days for this Mercer team, so you must think the legs are getting a bit tired. I am not much for the narrative of kids getting tired, but when you play 4 games in 4 days, I think it does start to have an effect. Transfers Neftali Alvarez ($6,800) and Felipe Haase ($5,700) have been the backbone of the Mercer attack, especially after Maciej Bender turned pro. The offense revolves around those two and Leon Ayers III ($5,700) but the rates for Haase and Alvarez are just better than Ayers and they are playing more minutes, giving them better projections. I think all three are reasonable plays here in the mid-range.
