Darddog's Attack Plan for College Football DFS: Week 11
A top-ranked college football DFS player, Micah Bedard (darddog) is here to walk you through the upcoming DraftKings slate. Micah will break down his favorite DFS picks at each position and will also lay out his strategy for how he is attacking the slate overall.
Last week was one I definitely want to forget on DraftKings. I had no Phil Mafah, underweight on TreVeyon Henderson and had way too much Reggie Brown. That was a recipe for a horrible week, but in DFS you need to have a short memory and move onto the next week.
The Week 11 main slate on DK has a ton of value, and a few more mis-prices than usual. Let’s dig right in.
College Football DFS: Top DraftKings Picks for Week 11
Quarterback
Cam Ward
$8,500
Ward and Washington State have been one of the biggest disappointments once conference play has begun. The Cougs have lost five straight games, and are now just fighting to get bowl eligible. Luckily, they get to face a Cal defense that has also been dreadful in Pac-12 play. The Golden Bears are giving up a whopping 46.5 points per game, and Oregon just hung 63 on them last week. Last week Ward only put up 9 FP in a loss to Stanford at home, so maybe we get a slight ownership discount on game log watchers. The fact remains, Cal is a defense that you want to attack every time they’re on the slate, and I expect Ward and this offense to have a bunch of success this week.
