Million Dollar Musings: Tuesday, September 4th
Is your lineup Premium Approved? In this space, either CheeseIsGood or STLCardinals84 will break down the slate from top-to-bottom like no one else in the industry can – exploring the matchups from every angle, steering you toward the best plays on the day, and helping you become a better and more complete DFS player as you continually expose yourself to the “process” and the “why,” rather than just looking at the “what.” Have a boat? We’ll teach you how to fish.
Tuesday, September 4th
Happy Tuesday! I hope you enjoyed your “holiday”. We are back to a full 15-game slate tonight. As I mentioned yesterday, we’re going to have to get used to doing a lot of guessing with lineups, pitch counts and bullpens in this final month, especially with the non-contending teams. If you’re looking at some of the cheap pitching tonight, opposing lineups could play a role in who you land on, so be sure to keep your eyes on the changes throughout the day. If anything changes in my opinions as we get deeper into the day, I will update the Cliff Notes sections as needed.
The pitching is top-heavy tonight, with just a few risky options in the lower tiers. The two top spots for bats are the two spots that have some weather concerns, in Colorado and Texas, so we’ll also need to double check the Roth report before locking everything in. And away we go.
