This weekend, we head to Talladega Superspeedway for the AG-Pro 300. The race is Saturday at 4pm ET on FOX. When building lineups, I’ll be looking at recent Talladega data, superspeedway data, recent speed data, and a few other things. We can’t predict these races, roster construction is king, and don’t be afraid to leave salary on the table. XFINITY races on superspeedways have been even harder than Cup races to predict. There have been at least five cautions in eight of the last ten races here. The race winner has started inside the top ten in seven of those ten races. Fun fact, Chevrolet has won nine straight XFINITY races at Talladega.

NASCAR Xfinity Series DFS Picks

The stages are 25, 25, and 63, which is a total of 113 laps. With 113 laps, we’re looking at a potential of 50.85 fastest laps and 28.25 laps led points on DraftKings. With cautions and fastest laps spread out, we’re not worried about dominators this weekend. If someone leads a lot of laps and finishes well, they’re likely going to be optimal. I’ll use groups to hopefully nail that person.
