NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Monday, January 1

Which useful trend or statistic stuck out most during your research?

Notorious: Tyrese Haliburton has 43 assists over his last 2 games. He’s not garnering much projected ownership despite a matchup against the Bucks, who are 4th in pace and 17th in defensive rating.

tcsmith031: Jalen Green has enjoyed a hefty 10.7% usage boost with Dillon Brooks and Jabari Smith off the floor this season. He has a good chance to keep the good times rolling tonight against a Pistons team ranked 26th in defensive efficiency on the season.

TastefulTides: With Anfernee Simons, Deandre Ayton, and Duop Reath off the court, Scoot Henderson has a 31% usage rate in a 175-minute sample size. That is a 6% increase on his overall season rate. Also, keep in mind that Shaedon Sharpe is questionable, which would solidify Scoot’s minutes.

Bobby Gomes: The IND/MIL game has by far the highest total on the slate (259.5). The Bucks have the highest implied team total (133.5), and the Pacers are 2nd (126). The Pacers are 1st in offensive rating, while the Bucks rank 2nd. The Pacers are 2nd in pace, and the Bucks are 4th. We have another potential track meet on the slate.
