NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Thursday, December 28

Which useful trend or statistic stuck out most during your research?

Notorious: Andre Drummond has averaged just over 1 rebound every 2 minutes this season. Tonight he draws a home matchup against the Pacers, who have given up the 6th most rebounds per game to opposing centers. There should also be a few extra possessions in this one, as the Pacers are 2nd in pace. There’s some sticker shock with his price, but everything sets up well for Drummond again tonight.

squirrelpatrol: Andrew Nembhard averages 0.9 DK points per minute this season, but that number jumps to 1.09 DK points per minute when both Bruce Brown and Tyrese Haliburton are off the court. Brown is out tonight and Tyrese Haliburton is questionable – if Haliburton is out, then Nembhard becomes a much better play.

headChopper: Over the last three seasons, when Andre Drummond gets more than 20 minutes, he is averaging 13 points, 14.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2.4 stocks per game. He logged 39 minutes in his last game with Nikola Vucevic out.

TheLuuch: Without Jaylen Brown on the court, Jayson Tatum gets a big usage bump and averages just over 30 real points per 36 minutes, while Derrick White averages 1.5 more assists per 36. But can Detroit keep this game close? Using LineupHQ to set build rules with conditional players/mini stacks makes sense if you’re multi-entering tonight.

tcsmith031: The absence of Jaylen Brown opens up a ton of usage in Boston. Jayson Tatum (+6.1%) predictably gets the biggest bump, but Derrick White and Jrue Holiday have both seen 5.6% usage boosts with Brown off the floor this season.

Who is your top overall play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
