Welcome back, PGA DFS Grinders! With November arriving on the calendar over the weekend, we are now headed down the stretch of the 2026 fall swing. There are just three more events to go before the December holiday break. Let’s try to make them count and make some money in DFS along the way!

As for the this week’s event, we have the World Wide Technology Championship being held in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. El Cardonal at Diamante will be the host for the 4th consecutive time. The venue is a Tiger Woods design and is a traditional par 72 that is wide open off the tee. It has been one of the easiest par 72 layouts on TOUR since it started hosting, and I would expect favorable scoring conditions with a setup that caters to scorers and those that have length off the tee. Outside of one year where there was a round with heavy winds, the course tends to play to an average of more than 2 strokes under par per round with high fairway hit and green in regulation percentages. As such, we should see plenty of birdies and eagles in the absence of heavy wind. Right now, forecasts are calling for some wind over the first 2 days of the tournament, though it won’t be anything extreme like we saw in Bermuda a few weeks ago.

With the bomber angle very much in play, I will be targeting driving distance, par-5 scoring, and birdie-or-better percentage as key statistical elements. Of course, strong current form is also a nice bonus, and I will also start to consider course history a little more now that we have three years of history to review at El Cardonal.

Let’s dive in and check out some of my favorite GPP picks!

PGA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Tournament Breakdown for the World Wide Technology Championship

Jackson Koivun
DraftKings: $10,400
FanDuel: $11,700

Jackson Koivun of the PGA TOUR

In the late summer months, everyone wanted to target Jackson Koivun. He already has a PGA TOUR win and 3 top-10 finishes, and he has only played in 9 events. He was great in his Presidents Cup debut just over a month ago. All the signs were positive, but then Koivun went and finished near the bottom of the golfers that made the cut in the fall event in Utah. He then took a month off. For those reasons, it seems like people are forgetting about him a little bit. Don’t make that mistake. This is one of the most talented young golfers we have seen make his way onto the PGA TOUR in quite some time, and I think the month of rest will clearly have helped him recharge and be ready to go. With this being a likely shootout and Koivun’s elite skill set, I like his prospects to contend. He grades out above field average in every single strokes gained metric in his measured PGA TOUR rounds, and the tee-to-green ability is fantastic.
