SharpSide Launches Beta Sports Betting App with $2,000 in Contests
SharpSide.com, the home of the sports betting community, has launched its free sports betting app and it is available now on iOS in beta version. In celebration, SharpSide would like to invite all RotoGrinders users to a special week of football contests where you can win some great prizes based on your sports betting prowess.
With the SharpSide app available now on iOS, you can start making picks for eligible sports, view betting advice, track your results, and see how you stack up against other bettors in the community. An Android version of the app is currently being developed and will be released soon.
Opening Contests
The first contest available to users focuses on Thursday Night Football during Week 4 of the NFL and $300 in FanDuel credit is up for grabs. The opening contest has a wide variety of bets to choose from, including the spread, point total, game props, and player props. Users can make as many or as few of the eligible bets as they wish, and contestants will be ranked in terms of most units won, with every bet placed being one unit wagered.
The users with the top three scores will be awarded prizes. First will win $150, second will earn $100, and third will score $100 in FanDuel credit.

More contests during the opening week of the app’s availability include College Football Saturday, NFL Sunday, and NFL Monday Night Football.
In the case of a tie, tiebreakers will be as follows.
1. Most units won from point spread bets
2. Most units won from point total bets
3. Most units won from player props
4. If still tied, a random drawing will determine the winner(s)
