Andre Miller Daily Fantasy News, Rankings, Projections
Spurs starters: Miller, Green, Anderson, Bonner, and Marjanovic
Boban should be considered an elite option against the Mavs on Wednesday. There is some concern about his minutes after playing 22 minutes last night. Marjanovic has not exceeded value in consecutive games this season but is still price low enough to provide a minimum of 5x in 20 minutes.
Spurs starters: Miller, Simmons, Anderson, West, and Duncan
With the Spurs resting four starters expect the Spurs to be a dart throw on Friday. Parker, Aldridge, Leonard, and Green will return on Sunday against the Warriors. The Nuggets are actually favored in this game making Simmons and Anderson the highest upside plays. If the game stays close both should play 28-32 minutes. Both Anderson and Simmons are minimum priced players across the industry and don't have much downside in this game. Miller, Duncan, and West all will not play over 25 minutes.
Spurs starters: Miller, Green, Anderson, Aldridge, and Marjanovic
Patty Mills will return to the bench and Andre Miller will start in his place. Miller had 25 DKFP in his previous start for the Spurs, while playing 25 minutes. Miller also 24.5 fpts against the Thunder on Saturday, making him a viable punt option. Expectations should remain low for Miller with Aldridge back in the lineup. Aldridge is an elite target in all formats and will likely be heavily owned.
Tony Parker (toe) will play tonight
Tony Parker was probable for tonight's game and has been confirmed as playing. Parker will start against the Bulls tonight and should be considered a solid punt option on a four-game slate. Andre Miller will go back to the bench and will be a low-end option with Patty Mills also active.
Tony Parker (toe) probable for tomorrow
Tony Parker missed the previous game with a toe injury but is probable for tomorrow's contest with the Bulls. Parker will be a nice tournament option tomorrow in a favorable matchup. On a four-game slate, Parker has some appeal but has been struggling lately. Look for an update tomorrow confirming his status. Andre Miller would go back to the bench with Parker returning.
Andre Miller and David West to start for Tony Parker and Tim Duncan tonight
Andre Miller will be making his first start as a member of the Spurs tonight. He is replacing Tony Parker, who has been ruled out with a toe injury. Parker is day to day and hopes to be better in the next 48 hours. Andre Miller is a viable punt play with his minimum salary and should be able to exceed value against his former team. David West will be starting for Tim Duncan and should see about 25 minutes tonight, making him a viable punt option.
Andre Miller and Matt Bonner to be available tonight
Andre Miller and Matt Bonner are both available tonight. Both are not expected to play much if at all so they should not make your rosters. Miller and Bonner are only options if multiple Spurs sit out.
Andre Miller has been waived by the Timberwolves
Andre Miller has been waived by the Timberwolves and has not had a DFS impact this season. There is a chance that Miller jumps onto a contender and plays when there is an injury later in the year.
Andre Miller out for tonight's game
Andre Miller is not with the Timberwolves tonight for their game against the Nuggets due to personal reasons, making it his fifth straight game that he will have missed - he is expected to return to the team on Sunday. This leaves Ricky Rubio and Zach LaVine as the only point guards. Both are in play tonight against a porous Nuggets defense that is #28 in PG DvP in a game that is projected to be close and moderately high-scoring.
