This will effectively kill the value of all the Broncos' pass catchers, while increasing the volume of work for the RBs. However, the Broncos are likely to struggle offensively all day, and there is a good chance they are barely able to move the ball. Practice squad WR Kendall Hinton appears to be likely to get work as QB Sunday, but it is impossible to know exactly what the Broncos will do Sunday.

Royce Freeman is reportedly the emergency QB, and would instantly become an appealing fantasy option if forced to fill in tomorrow. With Cody Kessler having been equally as bad as a replacement, Bortles will get to close the season but has a daunting matchup on the road at Houston where the Jaguars are projected for 16 points. That said, he's only $4,400 on DraftKings for Week 17 and always carries some rushing upside.

Head Coach Doug Marrone announced the decision to bench QB Blake Bortles on Monday following the team's seventh straight loss where Bortles barely eclipsed the 100 yard passing mark for the second week in a row. The Jaguars also fired their offensive coordinator on Monday so the offense is guaranteed to look different to some extent with Kessler at the helm. The third-year QB started half a season for the Browns in 2016 and perhaps he'll get more opportunities than Bortles to air it out with QB coach Scott Milanovich as the new offensive play-caller. Kessler gets a home matchup with the Colts in Week 13 and is the bare minimum or close to it across sites, bringing him into tournament consideration.

Cheap Options
I don't necessarily LOVE the Jaguars offense this week, but I do love the dirt cheap price tags we can get on Bortles and his receivers. This is a week where we are going to want to spend some money on high-end players, especially at RB, so getting the salary savings here works out well. Houston currently ranks 2nd in DVOA against the rush and just 25th against the pass, so there's solid upside at a very reasonable cost with a Bortles/Cole or Bortles/Westbrook pairing this week. Look for this team to get back on track after two very bad losses.
