Both sides of the Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Philadelphia Flyers game are in play tonight. With this being a four-game slate and the horrible defensive efforts by both the Flyers and Leafs over the last month, this could be a high-scoring game. The Leafs have given up a 60.89 CA/60 over the last month which is the 7th most over the last month. Additionally, over the Leafs last 8 games they have given up a whopping 35 goals — an average of 4.38 goals against per game — which bodes well for the Flyers tonight. The top line of Sean Couturier, Claude Giroux and Oskar Lindblom is a solid play tonight. Couturier has really changed the tone of his career over the last two seasons. After having career highs of 15 goals and 39 points throughout his first 6 seasons in the NHL, Couturier has posted back to back 30-plus goal and 70-plus point campaigns. He has really brought his offensive game out in the NHL as he has started to be used in a much more offensive role rather than strictly a shutdown centre.

Claude Giroux is the only player on the Philadelphia Flyers to eclipse 50 points before the All-Star break. In fact, he's the only player to even put up 40 points in the teams first 48 games as Sean Couturier's 39 points in 46 games sits second on the team. Giroux is also firing the most shots which will give him a solid floor, averaging just under three shots per game. He's centering the top line with James Van Riemsdyk on the left and Travis Konecny on the right. JVR joins him on the top power play unit while Konecny is separated from these two as he plays on the second power play unit. The Flyers take on the Winnipeg Jets who will have the stunningly good backup Laurent Brossoit. Brossoit struggled before coming to Winnipeg, so the Flyers are hoping that is the goalie that shows up tonight. However, this line should be underowned in tournaments considering how well Brossoit has played.

This is a recording. Claude Giroux is once again leading his team in points with 44 in 38 games with the second most in the team being just 30. He's playing with James Van Riemsdyk and Travis Konecny as the Philadelphia Flyers visit the Nashville Predators in a game in which both teams are on a back to back. Unfortunately neither winger plays on the power play with Giroux so he could be an interesting one-off play if you don't want to stack the entire line.

The top line for the Philadelphia Flyers consisting of Claude Giroux, Sean Couturier and Travis Konecny has been on a tear as of late. Over their last 10 games, Giroux has 3 goals and 13 points, Couturier has put up 5 goals and 12 points while Konecny has 6 goals and 9 points. The Flyers host the Columbus Blue Jackets and the struggling Sergei Bobrovsky. Goalie Bob has been abysmal with a 3.04 GAA and a .901 SV% in a year he's looking to hit a big payday on July 1st. The Flyers should be able to take advantage of this tonight.

The Philadelphia Flyers are at home taking on the Ottawa Senators — a team that is on the tail-end of a back to back. Additionally, the Sens are allowing a league-worst 4.33 goals against per game. Claude Giroux leads the Flyers in points with 28 in 23 games. He's playing on the top line with Sean Couturier and Travis Konecny, a line that could be in for a big game tonight. Couturier and Giroux play on the top power play unit together which gives them full-game correlation and elite upside. Konecny isn't even on the second power play unit right now so that is concerning but I still believe the full-line stack can still benefit greatly at even strength.

The Philadelphia Flyers haven't necessarily been fantastic on the possession end, but their opponent the Anaheim Ducks have been horrendous. In fact, Anaheim sits dead last in the NHL with an abysmal 40.73 CF%. They have somehow remained a .500 team sitting 5-5-2 due to the insane play of John Gibson who has a 2.44 GAA and a .938 SV%. However, the poor defensive play by the Ducks has caught up to Gibson a bit as he allowed nine goals over his last two games. The Flyers have a modest 50.22 CF% which is 15th in the NHL, but they do have plenty of offensive talent and this matchup is premium. Claude Giroux, Sean Couturier and Travis Konecny make up their top line with Giroux and Couturier playing on the top power play unit. This gives them extra correlation if you prefer to just run a mini-stack, but the full-line stack is absolutely in play this evening.

The Philadelphia Flyers are on a back to back, but taking on Ottawa is far from a tall task. The Senators project to be one of the worst teams in the NHL with the Philadelphia Flyers having playoff hopes. The top line has been stacked with Claude Giroux, Jakub Voracek and Sean Couturier — a trio that remains together on the top power play unit which gives them elite upside. Additionally, Giroux has four assists in three games and fired six shots on net.

With Claude Giroux, Sean Couturier and Jakub Voracek being reunited as the Philadelphia Flyers top line, there is plenty of upside for them tonight. They host the San Jose Sharks who are on the tail-end of a back to back and are without Joe Thornton for the foreseeable future. Additionally, this trio stick together on the top power play unit for the Flyers which gives them even more upside. Giroux only has two shots and two assist through two games, but there is reason to believe that tonight is a fantastic spot for him and his linemates to get going offensively.

Outside of the Tampa Bay Lightning, the next best spot to target appears to be in the City of Brotherly Love, where the Philadelphia Flyers will host the defensively dreadful New York Rangers. If we pretend like the New York Islanders do not exist, we can say the Blue Shirts have been the worst defensive team in the National Hockey League since the Feb 26th trade deadline, giving away scoring chances and high-danger shot attempts like candy on Halloween, and I think we see the Flyers number one line capitalize tonight at the Wells Fargo Center. In cash games, if you are not paying up for both Steven Stamkos and Nikita Kucherov this evening, I would strongly suggest you grab Claude Giroux, or at the very least Sean Couturier. In tournament play, you could certainly make a case for the Flyers second line tonight as a cheap secondary line stack, however they do not correlate well on the power play, and I do not really see them going off, leaving me with all my Flyers exposure going to the top line, along with power play quarterback Shayne Gostisbehere.

Claude Giroux is pretty underpriced today, especially on DraftKings at just $6,100. The Philadelphia Flyers are home to the Washington Capitals who had been playing terrible defensively for most of the season but have actually turned that around a bit as of late. Either way, this line for the Flyers is underpriced as Giroux is playing alongside Sean Couturier and Travis Konecny today. The goaltending is not yet confirmed for this game, but if it is Braden Holtby that goes, his 3.03 goals against average and .906 save percentage is nothing to be scared about. Philipp Grubauer has been playing better and would be a tougher matchup, but it's still worth playing this stack because of how cheap they are.
