DJ Montgomery and Dan Brown have been elevated from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Both Montgomery and Brown are expected to serve as depth pieces and are not considered DFS relevant at this time.

Dan Brown and DJ Montgomery have been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Dan Brown should serve as tight end depth behind Tyler Kroft and Trevon Wesco and will likely not be DFS relevant. Montgomery is expected to serve as receiver depth as their receiving corps have been ravaged by injury. Montgomery in not worth consideration in DFS contests at this point.

Michael Carter and Tyler Kroft were both activated to the 53-man roster from IR ahead of Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Dan Brown and Vyncint Smith were also elevated from practice squad for Sunday's game. Assuming he plays Carter could potentially retake his position as the Jets top running back on Sunday. However we should monitor news up until lock to see if there are any indications given to what Carter's role will be in this his first game back off IR. If active Kroft will likely split time at tight end with Ryan Griffin and would not be considered a DFS relevant option. Brown and Smith were both added for depth at their positions and should not be considered DFS relevant at this point.

Dan Brown, Vyncint Smith, and D.J. Montgomery have been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints. Dan Brown is expected to serve as tight end depth behind Ryan Griffin and Kenny Yeboah, with Griffin being the only DFS consideration at this time as a punt option. Smith and Montgomery should serve as receiver depth behind Jamison Crowder, Keelan Cole, Braxton Berrios and Denzel Mims. Neither Smith nor Montgomery should be considered DFS relevant at this point.

Austin Walter and Dan Brown have been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Walter should play a role in the backfield for the Jets and will likely see some touches but not enough to be considered DFS relevant. Brown should see some snaps at tight end backing up Ryan Griffin though there are better options than either on this weekend's slate.

Dan Brown will be traded to the Kansas City Chiefs from the New York Jets and is expected to serve as tight end depth. This move was made for financial reasons and Brown is not expected to be DFS relevant at this time.

The Jets placed TE Ryan Griffin on injured reserve Thursday, ending his season. Trevon Wesco and Daniel Brown will fill the TE role for the Jets.

Griffin and Powell have been ruled out Thursday for the Jets. At TE, Trevon Wesco and Daniel Brown should share the workload, while Ty Montgomery will handle the backup RB duties if healthy. With Montgomery questionable, Josh Adams could get some work.
