Emmanuel Sanders Daily Fantasy News, Rankings, Projections

BUF WR Emmanuel Sanders returned to practice Tuesday

Emmanuel Sanders returned to practice Tuesday ahead of the Bills first round matchup against the New England Patriots set for Saturday. Sanders has been dealing with a knee injury that has forced him to miss the last two weeks but seems set to return for the playoffs after logging a full practice today. Sanders should re-enter the the Buffalo passing game though his role is a little up in the air. Sanders could compete with Gabriel Davis for snaps opposite Stefon Diggs with Cole Beasley set to remain in the slot. Hopefully we will get more information as the week progresses, but right now it is tough to know Sanders role in the offense and therefore he becomes a riskier play in DFS.

BUF WR Emmanuel Sanders and TE Tommy Sweeney inactive Sunday

Emmanuel Sanders and Tommy Sweeney are inactive Sunday against the New York Jets. Sanders is continuing to deal with a knee injury that has kept him out each of the last two games. In his absence, Gabriel Davis and Cole Beasley are expected to play larger roles with Davis being the biggest beneficiary. Davis will be wide receiver two behind Stefon Diggs and can be considered in most formats in an easier matchup against the New York secondary. Sweeney was expected to back up Dawson Knox at tight end but this role will now be played by Reggie Gilliam.

BUF WR Emmanuel Sanders listed doubtful for Sunday

Emmanuel Sanders has been listed doubtful for Sunday's game against the New York Jets. Sanders is continuing to deal with a knee injury that has kept him out each of the last two games. In his expected absence, Gabriel Davis and Cole Beasley are expected to play larger roles with Davis being the biggest beneficiary. Davis will be wide receiver two behind Stefon Diggs and can be considered in most formats in an easier matchup against the New York secondary.

BUF WR Emmanuel Sanders (knee) DNP Thursday

Emmanuel Sanders (knee) logged a DNP Thursday ahead of Buffalo’s matchup against the New York Jets this Sunday. Sanders is continuing to deal with a knee injury that has kept him out each of the last two games. In his absence Gabriel Davis and Cole Beasley are expected to play larger roles with Davis being the biggest beneficiary. Davis will be wide receiver two behind Stefon Diggs and can be considered in most formats in an easier matchup against the New York secondary.

BUF WR Emmanuel Sanders (knee) DNP Wednesday

Emmanuel Sanders (knee) logged a DNP Wednesday ahead of Buffalo's matchup against the New York Jets this Sunday. Sanders is continuing to deal with a knee injury that has kept him out each of the last two games. In his absence Gabriel Davis and Cole Beasley are expected to play larger roles with Davis being the biggest beneficiary. Davis will be wide receiver two behind Stefon Diggs and can be considered in most formats in an easy matchup against the New York secondary.

BUF WR Emmanuel Sanders, RB Matt Breida, and TE Tommy Sweeney are inactive Sunday

Emmanuel Sanders, Matt Breida, and Tommy Sweeney are inactive Sunday ahead of the Bills matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. With Sanders out, Gabriel Davis and Cole Beasley should play an increased role in the passing game behind Stefon Diggs. Davis and Beasley can both be considered as part of a Bills stack. With Breida inactive, the backfield will be led by Devin Singletary with Zack Moss available to back him up. Singletary has slowly gained the upper hand in the time split and can be considered in DFS contests, especially in a good matchup where Buffalo should be playing with the lead.

BUF WR Emmanuel Sanders listed questionable for Sunday

Emmanuel Sanders has been listed questionable for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons. If he were to be ruled out, Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis could play larger roles in the passing game than they are normally accustomed to and would be better plays. It will be important to check Sanders's status when inactives are released 90 minutes prior to kickoff on Sunday.

BUF WR Emmanuel Sanders (knee) and RB Taiwan Jones (knee) DNP Thursday

Emmanuel Sanders (knee) and Taiwan Jones (knee) logged DNPs Thursday ahead of the Bills matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Sanders was able to log a limited practice yesterday so being downgraded to a DNP might not be a great sign for his availability this weekend. If he were to be ruled out, Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis could play larger roles in the passing game than they are normally accustomed to and would be better plays. If Jones were to be ruled out, it's likely that one or both of Matt Breida and Zack Moss would be active to back up Devin Singletary in the Bills backfield. It will be important to check the injury report released tomorrow to see what designation Sanders carries into the game on Sunday.

BUF WR Emmanuel Sanders returned to practice Wednesday; RB Taiwan Jones DNP

Emmanuel Sanders returned to practice Wednesday, while Taiwan Jones logged a DNP ahead of the Bills matchup with the New England Patriots this weekend. Sanders seems to be trending in the right direction to make his return this week and should immediately slot back in as WR2 opposite Stefon Diggs. Sanders could see a little more work due to the fact the Bills will be without Cole Beasley this week. Sanders potential return could limit the upside of Gabriel Davis, who had a tremendous game in Sanders's absence. Jones is not expected to play a major role this weekend but if he were to be ruled out it would open the possibility of Zack Moss being active after being inactive three of the last four weeks.

BUF RB Zack Moss and WR Emmanuel Sanders inactive Sunday

Zack Moss and Emmanuel Sanders are inactive for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers. Moss will once again be a healthy scratch with Devin Singletary and Matt Breida set to lead the backfield. Sanders was expected to be out meaning a larger workload for both Gabriel Davis and Cole Beasley.
