Festus Ezeli out tonight for Portland

The newly signed big man wasn't expected to play tonight with a left knee injury and the team has confirmed that he is the only player not available for them tonight when Portland takes on Utah.

Andrew Bogut will start against the Spurs on Sunday

Bogut is simply resting on Saturday and is expected to start against the Spurs. Bogut is rounding into form for the playoffs after exceeding value in two consecutive games for the first time all season. We'll get an update on Bogut tomorrow once it becomes official. Festus Ezeli will go back to the bench with Bogut returning.

Festus Ezeli starting for Andrew Bogut on Saturday

Ezeli will be starting again for Bogut against the Grizzlies. Ezeli might see some extra playing time as he tries to round into shape after in-season knee surgery. Ezeli is still a low-end punt option with Speights likely having the highest upside against his former team. The Warriors centers can be avoided in FanDuel with Karl-Anthony Towns and DeMarus Cousins on the slate.

Andrew Bogut (rest) ruled out on Saturday

Bogut will not be playing in the first leg of a back-to-back against the Grizzlies. The Warriors play the Spurs again tomorrow so expect him to be in the starting lineup then. Festus Ezeli replaced Bogut the last time he was out but did not make much of an impact. The Warriors will rotate Ezeli, Anderson Varejao, and Mo Speights at center tonight. None of them are particularly good options and are GPP dart throws at best. No other Warriors are expected to rest but none will play 35+ minutes, no matter the score of the game.

Andrew Bogut (ribs) will play on Tuesday; Andre Iguodala (ankle) is probable

Bogut will return to the starting lineup against the Timberwolves on Tuesday. Bogut will be on a minutes restriction meaning he is not a viable DFS option. With Bogut returning, Festus Ezelil, Anderson Varejao, and Mo Speights also become irrelevant in DFS. Andre Iguodala is also expected to return but he will also be on a minutes restriction. Iguodala is not a viable option until the Warriors say he will play his full allotment of minutes.

Andrew Bogout (ribs) and Andre Iguodala (ankle) uncertain for Tuesday

Bogut and Iguodala were both able to practice Monday but are uncertain for Tuesday's game. With the Warriors hosting the Timberwolves, this could be a prime spot for Bogut and Iguodala to rest again. Festus Ezeli started in Bogut's place on Sunday, scoring 5.3 fpts in 9 minutes. Mo Speights played 13 minutes and Anderson Varejao only saw 7 minutes on the court. All three players are low-end fantasy options but could see some extra minutes with the Wolves playing two legit big men. Speights has the most upside but relies heavily on scoring for his fantasy output.

Festus Ezeli (knee) starting for Andrew Bogut on Sunday

Ezeli will join the starting lineup after missing 31 games recovering from knee surgery. Ezeli was not given any minutes restrictions but it would be tough to picture him playing more than 15-18 minutes. Anderson Varejao and Mo Speights will also see more minutes with Bogut out of the lineup. All three players are tournament options only with Speights having the highest upside.

Festus Ezeli (knee) expected to play on Sunday

Festus Ezeli will be on the active roster against the Blazers. Ezeli has not played since the last week of January, making him a risky low-end play on Sunday. If Ezeli does play, he is not expected to see a lot of minutes as he works his way back from knee surgery. Bogut's replacement has not been named at this time. We should have an update soon.

Festus Ezeli (knee) upgraded to doubtful for Sunday

Ezeli has been out of the lineup since late-January due to a knee injury. He has been upgraded to doubtful for Sunday's contest with the Blazers. Ezeli is not an option until he can it's proven he can secure over 15 minutes. The Warriors could ease him back into action with Andrew Bogut questionable for Sunday.

Festus Ezeli undergoing knee surgery, no timetable for a return yet

Ezeli's surgery is exploratory, so the Warriors haven't offered any timetable for his return at this point. It's likely that he misses a decent chunk of time, so look for Marreese Speights to pick up more minutes off the bench when the Warriors want to stay big. Even with Ezeli out, Speights isn't likely to see more than 20 minutes of run on a given night, so he's not a DFS option. Andrew Bogut's playing time likely won't change much as a result of Ezeli's injury.
