Jalen Reagor Daily Fantasy News, Rankings, Projections
Philadelphia Eagles trade Jalen Reagor to the Minnesota Vikings in exchange for a 2023 7th-round pick and a 2024 conditional 4th-round pick.

PHI WR Jalen Reagor will play Sunday; WR JJ Arcega-Whiteside will be inactive
Jalen Reagor will play Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers while JJ Arcega-Whiteside will be inactive. Coach Sirianni expressed hope earlier in the week that Reagor would be able to play this weekend and he will be able to do just that. Reagor should slot back into his role as wide receiver 2 behind Devonta Smith and should see a healthy amount of targets in a game that will likely be high scoring. JJ Arcega-Whiteside did not practice all week and is still dealing with an ankle injury. Arcega-Whiteside is not expected to be DFS relevant and his absence should have little to no DFS impact.
PHI WR Jalen Reagor returns to practice Thursday; WR JJ Arcega-Whiteside (ankle) DNP
Jalen Reagor has returned to practice Thursday ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Los Angels Chargers. Coach Sirianni expressed hope earlier in the week that Reagor would be able to play this weekend and returning to practice is a huge step forward. Reagor should slot back into his role as wide receiver 2 behind Devonta Smith and should see a healthy amount of targets in a game that will likely be high scoring. JJ Arcega-Whiteside did not practice again on Thursday as he is still dealing with an ankle injury. Arcega-Whiteside is not expected to be DFS relevant and his potential absence should have little to no DFS impact.
PHI WR Jalen Reagor (ankle) DNP Wednesday
Jalen Reagor logged a DNP Wednesday due to a sprained ankle ahead of the Eagles matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers. Coach Sirriani earlier in the week expressed his optimism that Reagor would be available this weekend so this was likely just an extra day of rest. However if Reagor is unable to suit up, Devonta Smith and Quez Watkins would likely see increased targets as well as Dallas Goedert strengthening the potential value of these players.
Dallas Goedert, Jalen Reagor active as expected; RT Lane Johnson inactive Sunday night
Both Goedert and Reagor were activated off of IR this week, so it was expected that they would be active. While their return will help, the Eagles' offense will take a hit, as RT Lane Johnson will not be able to go tonight. He was expected to play, but had swelling in his knee this morning that will keep him out.
Eagles activating Dallas Goedert and Jalen Reagor, both available for Sunday
The Eagles are starting to get healthier, good news for QB Carson Wentz. The return of Dallas Goedert gives Wentz a weapon he targeted heavily Weeks 1 and 2, totaling 17 targets in just those two games. Richard Rodgers should still see targets, but is also squarely behind a healthy Goedert. Jalen Reagor is returning for the first time since Week 2, and should see a heavier workload than he did during the first two games of the season, with both Zach Ertz and DeSean Jackson now out.
Jalen Reagor (thumb) will play Sunday night
Reagor was designated to return from injured reserve earlier in the week and has participated fully in practice every day since, so the news that he will be activated from injured reserve in time to play in Sunday night's Week 8 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys comes at much less of a surprise. The Eagles will still be without Alshon Jeffery and DeSean Jackson, so there is still ample opportunity for Reagor to carve out a role as the other outside wide receiver opposite Travis Fulgham in this offense, especially while one or both of Dallas Goedert and Zach Ertz remain on injured reserve. There haven't been any reports of a potential snap count for Reagor at the time of this writing, so it's entirely plausible he'll be a full-time starter and an excellent tournament option in the single-game daily fantasy formats across the industry this weekend.
Jalen Reagor (thumb) won't play Sunday, expected to miss multiple weeks
The hits keep on coming for Reagor and the Philadelphia Eagles as the promising rookie wide receiver has been diagnosed with a torn UCL in his right thumb, and he'll need surgery to repair the aforementioned ligament. Additionally, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Eagles are expected to place Reagor on injured reserve, which would force him to miss at least the next three weeks. Reagor managed to lead all Eagles' wide receivers with an 85% snap rate in last Sunday's Week 2 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, so there will certainly be plenty of opportunity for J.J. Arcaega-Whiteside and John Hightower to run additional routes opposite of DeSean Jackson on the outside. Reagor's absence could also force head coach Doug Pederson to utilize more 12-personnel than he already does, which would open up an even higher percentage of the target market share for Dallas Goedert and Zach Ertz and limit the playing time of Greg Ward, who has only played 29.7% of snaps to date.
Schefter Late Night News: Mike Evans "has a good chance to play"; Mike Williams not expected to play
After being listed as doubtful earlier in the week, Evans was upgraded to questionable on Saturday and per Schefter has a "good chance" to play on Sunday. The Bucs are reportedly optimistic but will see how he fares during pre-game. His presence will make things a little tougher on Chris Godwin and Rob Gronkowski with another vertical/red-zone threat now back in the lineup, but it's obviously a plus for Tom Brady. It has been noted that Evans may be on a snap count, so it's probably not wise to expect a full workload. Chargers WR Mike Williams hurt himself late in camp and now is expected to miss the 2020 opener against Cincinnati. His absence should further spike the target share for Keenan Allen with Hunter Henry, Jalen Guyton and a combination of Joe Reed/KJ Hill likely to handle some extra work. Guyton figures to get the first shot at WR2 snaps. Hunter Henry's TD upside rises without the big-bodied Williams in the lineup. The only other main notes from Schefter are that Devante Parker and Jalen Reagor will both play on Sunday, which has been the prevailing thought the last few days.
Jalen Reagor (shoulder) will play Sunday
Reagor was a full participant in practice for a second straight day and will play in Sunday's matchup against the Washington Football Team despite dealing with a torn labrum in his shoulder. On Wednesday, most beat writers were surprised that Reagor was "doing everything" in individual and team drills after he was previously expected to be progressing towards making his NFL debut the following week. With Reagor ahead of schedule, his involvement in the Week 1 offensive gameplay will mostly be a detriment to JJ Arcega-Whiteside and Greg Ward, who would have projected to handle a majority of the slot routes if Reagor was sidelined, However, Reagor's presence in the wide receiver rotation is mostly a boon to Carson Wentz's appeal in daily fantasy formats with another deep threat on the outside opposite of DeSean Jackson.
