NOS RB Mark Ingram and WR Kenny Stills inactive Sunday
Mark Ingram and Kenny Stills are inactive Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. Ingram is still dealing with a knee injury that plagued him earlier this season and will be held out this weekend. With Ingram officially out, Alvin Kamara will play an even bigger role in the Saints backfield and will have Tony Jones Jr. available to back him up. Kamara and Taysom Hill should both be the focal points of the offense this weekend and Ingram’s absence only strengthens their values. Stills was expected to serve as receiver depth in the Saints passing attack and his absence should not be DFS relevant.
NOS WR Lil'Jordan Humphrey officially active Sunday; WR Kenny Stills inactive
Lil'Jordan Humphrey is officially active for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, while Kenny Stills will be inactive. Humphrey should slot in as the third receiver for the Saints behind Tre'Quan Smith and Marquez Callaway but as always with the Saints it will be a little bit of a guessing game to see which receiver actually sees the majority of targets Sunday Night. Smith, Callaway, Humphrey, and Ty Montgomery can all be considered for the showdown slate in a game where the Saints figure to be trailing (currently 11 point underdogs).
WR Kenny Stills waived by New Orleans Saints
Kenny Stills has been waived by the New Orleans Saints ahead of their matchup with the New York jets this Sunday. Stills had a rough game this past Thursday against the Cowboys and was blamed by his HC for an interception likely playing a role in his release this week. Stills was not expected to play much of a role this weekend and any snaps he would have seen will likely be taken by Lil'Jordan Humphrey and new practice squad addition Kevin White.

Stills will most likely serve as WR3 behind Marquez Callaway and Deonte Harris and doesn't offer much value other than the ability to catch the occasional deep ball. Last week against the Patriots Stills caught one of his three targets for 17 yards. There are enough other value options at receiver this week that make Stills not relevant for DFS purposes.

Randall Cobb (toe) and Kenny Stills (quad) officially ruled out for Thursday
Cobb was placed on injured reserve on Wednesday afternoon, and he's officially been ruled out of Thursday's Thanksgiving Day matchup against the Detroit Lions and at least the following two games due to a toe injury, while Stills will also be sidelined with a leg injury despite being a limited participant in practice all week. The Texans are leaving open the possibility that Cobb could return from injured reserve later in the year, but with only six weeks left in the regular season, he may have played his last snap of the 2020 campaign. His absence will presumably thrust Keke Coutee into the primary slot receiver role in three-wide sets and could open up opportunities for him, Jordan Akins, or one of the other Texans' tight ends to see additional targets on Thursday afternoon and moving forward.
