Nick Collison Daily Fantasy News, Rankings, Projections

Cameron Payne (hip) and Nick Collison (chest) available on Monday

Payne and Collison are both expected to play on Monday against the Mavs. Both of them are low-end options and not strong DFS plays even if the Thunder go up by a large amount. Collison and Payne are not expected to play over 12 minutes tonight.

Thunder starters: Payne, Roberson, Waiters, Collison, Adams

Payne will replace Russell Westbrook in the staring lineup against the Spurs. This will be the first start of the season for the rookie, making him a strong punt option with his asking price at a minimum across the industry. Dion Waiters replaces Kevin Durant but is a low-end play against the defense of Kawhi Leonard. Nick Collison will replace Serge Ibaka but also is not relevant in DFS. Enes Kanter is the player to use from the Thunder on Tuesday.

Nick Collison will start for Serge Ibaka on Friday

Collison will draw the start for the resting Serge Ibaka, but he's not a DFS option tonight. Enes Kanter is probably the biggest beneficiary, but he's still not going to play many minutes alongside Steven Adams which does limit his ceiling. Kanter is best utilized as a dart-throw GPP play.

Serge Ibaka (rest) out against the Sixers

Sege Ibaka will be rest tonight and his replacement has not been named yet. This will be Ibaka's first missed game this season so it will be interesting to see who Coach Billy Donovan goes with. Nick Collison could be the starter if the Thunder want to keep Enes Kanter as Steven Adams' backup. Look for an update soon on Ibaka's replacement.

Steven Adams (elbow) to start on Tuesday

Steven Adams will return to the lineup tonight after missing two games with an elbow injury. Adams is a low-end center play tonight with so many good big men on the board. Adams return does send Nick Collison to the bench and he has no fantasy value due to it. Enes Kanter will also be slightly affected tonight with Adams returning and is also a low-end play tonight.
