Trinity Benson and Riley Patterson have been listed inactive Sunday for the Lions' matchup with the Cleveland Browns. With Benson out, Khaderal Hodge should step into the wide receiver three rol. This should also give a small boost to all 0ther Carolina pass-catchers as they could be in line for more targets. With Patterson inactive, newly signed Aldrick Rosas will handle the kicking duties.
