Everyone reading this will have a chance to build a salary cap team of DFS players. The DK finalists will be awarded finishing points (like in DFS golf), and the highest scorer in this free contest will receive a RotoGrinders T-shirt. The rules are as follows:

One entry per person. Entries must be in by 7:10 PM Eastern time on August 27. Enter your players and their salaries in the comments section below.

— The salary cap is $100. It is your responsibility to make sure your team isn’t over the cap, otherwise your entry is invalid.

SampleT

You have to pick 4 DFS players and you can’t pick anyone more than once.

Only the highest finishing position for each DK finalist will count in this contest. This is part of the reason the players with more entries are more expensive.

A finalist needs to finish in the top 40 on Saturday night in order to acquire any points in this contest.

Here is the scoring breakdown:

Let’s take a closer look at some of the Toronto finalists:

Assani

Assani has the maximum six entries in the FBWC, which explains his hefty price tag of $58. Assani is currently ranked 9th in the RotoGrinders Tournament Player of the Year (TPOY) standings. He is also in 9th place on the MLB leaderboard. Assani has qualified for DraftKings live finals in NFL, college football, NBA, NHL, and MLB! Overall, he has 13 seats in DK live finals since 2015.

JMToWin

Despite writing RotoAcademy articles and in-depth slate breakdowns here on RotoGrinders and being a novelist, JMToWin still finds time to build winning DFS lineups. JMToWin qualified early for this tournament and is a repeat FBWC finalist, having qualified for the 2014 event. JMToWin specializes in NFL and MLB. He is currently ranked number 133 on the MLB leaderboard.

Paulyshorts

As the defending champion of this event, Paulyshorts will be looking to add to his collection of million dollar checks and championship belts in Toronto. Paulyshorts plays pretty much every DFS offering out there, including PGA and NASCAR. He is ranked #38 in the Superheavyweight division and currently sits in 26th position on the TPOY leaderboard. Paulyshorts is tied for the highest salary of the finalists with a single entry, at $13.

ChrisGimino

Chris Gimino is quickly moving up the RG rankings, as evidenced by his top 100 MLB ranking this season. When Chris isn’t writing premium content or appearing on Grinders Live, he’s predicting MLB GPP ownership percentages for the RG community. Chris also qualified for the DK NFL final last fall and the NBA final this past spring. You can get him into your lineup for just $12, and he is probably analyzing this player pool right now to predict everyone’s ownership percentage!

00oreo00

00oreo00 is a well-known grinder who has been heavily involved in DFS since 2014. With three entries in the FBWC, he has a big opportunity to move up the TPOY standings with a strong showing in Toronto. His overall ranking is 32nd and his TPOY ranking is 15th. 00oreo00 is a familiar face at DK live events, having qualified for the most recent NBA and NFL DK World Championships.

BeepImAJeep

BeepImAJeep has a long list of DFS accomplishments, the most amazing of which is winning FOUR consecutive DK FBWC qualifiers in 2015! Yes, four. Oh, and he was the 2014 runner-up at this event, too. BeepImAJeep is a top 100 grinder, with a NHL ranking of #2. BeepImAJeep lives in Canada and is sure to have another custom T-shirt ready for this event. You can listen to his one-on-one with Duckie interview here.

The Top 10 payouts for the FBWC are as follows:

Good luck to everyone in the special DFS DFS contest! A special thanks goes out to theoddsmaker for generating the salaries!

Make sure to follow the DraftKings live final here on RotoGrinders once the FBWC action is underway!
