The DraftKings Sports Betting National Championship Returns This Weekend!
The DraftKings Sports Betting National Championship is a massive weekend-long betting tournament in which players will put their handicapping skills to the test against each other for a $1,000,000 top prize and a Tournament of Champions entry in January for additional seven-figure prizes!
The SBNC is slated for this weekend (November 5th-7th) and will be held live in Weehawken, New Jersey at the DraftKings VIP Sportsbook venue. Players in the following legal states can also enter and play online:
AZ, CO, IA, MI, NH, NJ, PA, TN, VA, WV, WY
Entry to the tournament is $10,000. $5,000 goes towards the prizepool while the other $5,000 is your bankroll for the weekend. The goal: run your starting amount up as much as possible by placing bets throughout the weekend on NBA, NFL, and College Football games held over the three-day tournament on the DraftKings Sportsbook.
Players must bet at least $1,000 across the three days to be eligible for leaderboard prizes. Final payouts will be based on the highest bankrolls at the conclusion of the event. Players take home their final bankrolls along with any leaderboard prizes they’ve placed for.
For such a wild event, the prizes are massive:
1st Place: $1,000,000 + Tournament of Champions ticket
2nd Place: $250,000
3rd Place: $125,000
