NBA Player Props Today – Friday, March 14, 2025

Evan Mobley OVER 3.5 Assists (-152, Bally)

According to CourtIQ, when Donovan Mitchell is off of the floor this season,Mobley is averaging 5.2 assists per 36 minutes. In 4 games that Mitchell has missed since January 1, Mobley has posted games of 6 assists against the Raptors, 3 assists against the Trail Blazers, and 6 assists against the Nets. In 3 of those 4 games, he’s had 10+ potential assists. The math would more strongly support an over/under 4.5 assists prop for Mobley. Getting the lower number is good value.

James Harden UNDER 26.5 Points (-120, bet365)

Harden has seen an uptick in scoring of late with Norman Powell out of the lineup, but this is still an inflated line. In 19 games with Powell inactive this season, Harden has only scored 26+ points 6 times, including in only 3 of 13 road games. Harden would likely need close to 10 made free throws this evening to go over this number, which could be difficult against an Atlanta defense that is around the league average in free throws allowed to opposing guards since the All-Star break. There is also the possibility that, at some point, Los Angeles decides to cut back on Harden’s minutes given that he’s 35 years old and averaging 38.9 minutes per game this month. There are multiple game scripts in which the under could cash.

Dalton Knecht OVER 17.5 Points (-105, BetMGM)

Luka Doncic and LeBron James have both been ruled out for tonight’s game against the Nuggets, leaving the Lakers’ painfully thin on legitimate offensive options for Friday. This could be a good spot for this past summer’s 1st-round draft selection, Dalton Knecht, to earn some additional volume. Entering play, he’s averaging 13.5 points per game in March and has seemingly started to gain more confidence of late, shooting 55.2% from the field, including 43.2% from deep during that stretch. Knecht should be in line for 30+ minutes, which should give him every opportunity to get the job done.
